Review: 9/7/2013 I went to On Call Towing with another consumer to have them look at my car and theirs and tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. The owner had his tech look at both cars and gave information about what needed to fixed. The shop was closing and I told the owner that I wanted to take advantage of their Flexpayment plan ([redacted] ) and that I would being the car back once I was approved. The owner called on 9/9/2013 and informed me that I was approved and I told him that I would bring the car on 9/11/2013 which I did. I never received a call saying that my car was not done and found out that evening upon my return to get me car that it was not ready. On 9/12/13 the owner called at 1:30PM and said my car was finished. There were repairs made to the car that I did not authorize and some that I asked for where not done. I wrote on my receipt that things were missing. When I drove off of his repair lot my staring wheel jerked to the left and my car drive to the right causing me to barely miss hitting another car. I returned to his repair lot 5-10 minutes later and explained what was going on and he had a tech look at it again and claimed it was fixed. It was not and that was when he told me that I needed to have an alignment done. Which I thought was already done and the owner told me that he forgot to tell me and refused to provide the service that I asked for. On 9/14/13 I contacted the finance company ([redacted] ) once I became aware of that the owner of did not put down the amount of money I paid him in addition to explaining to them I had received defective good. The Finance company told me there was nothing that they could do for me. On 9/27/2013 I contact the owner of On call and informed him that I wanted a copy of the receipt he sent to finance company and that he did not give him a copy of my sign contract. I was informed by him that he could not give the receipt because he sent to the finance company. At that time I informed him of my right to have a copy of the receipt he keeps for his company. I also requested I copy of my State Emissions inspection of which he also refused to give because he claimed there was not such paper work. After notifying law enforcement, the owner of On Call towing gave me the receipt he had on file and also informed me that he did not do the inspection. I asked where my inspection was done and gave me the name of [redacted] Auto Repair on [redacted]. in [redacted] PA. After reviewing the receipt that I had and receipt that On Call Gave me on 9/28 I discovered that it had be altered and the information of what was missing appeared to be whited-out.On also went to [redacted] Auto Repair that they were not able to give me information on my inspection. In addition to the alter receipt, I paid for a diagnostic to fix the problem with my check engine light being on what apparently was not done because my check engine light is back on. An alignment was done on the car and that did not fix the issue with the direction my car turns in and drives in. Judging by the condition of the car, my car should have never passed inspection. And since my car was drive without my permission to another location without my knowing about it the problem that still remains should have been an instant indicator that there was something wrong with the car. Also, I asked for my parts after the work was done and I only received some of them and I am unsure if they belong to my car. On call Towing is refusing to acknowledge the mistakes that were made and The finance company is non-responsive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so that I can have my car properly fixed.
