Review: I took out a loan with them August of 2014, they sold the loan in April 2015 to Cach, LLC in the mean time I sent them a check in May for $ 500.00. without realizing they had sold the loan. I ask them to return my $ 500.00 back to me or send it to Cach so I can get a credit. I have contacted them about a dozen times since may and they say they are looking into it. Mr. Simuel’s loan with OnDeck had been transferred to a third party for payment collection. Subsequent to this transfer, [redacted] sent a check to OnDeck in the amount of $500. Unfortunately, due to system and process limitations, the $500 could not becredited directly by OnDeck to the third party. We regret the confusion [redacted] had with the payment process and recognize he was unsatisfied with the turn-around time he experienced in receiving the funds back to his account.On September [redacted], 2015 we returned the $500 to [redacted]’s account. [redacted] can now deal directly with the third party collection firm.We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and we regret the time it took for OnDeck to resolve this issue for [redacted]. Review: We asked for a confirmed early payoff settlement. They stated because they collect funds daily that they would only honor an early payoff for 48 hours for a $1,500 discount. We told them that we needed longer, but they refused. They knew that it took over 48 hours is why they only offer 48 hours. By the time the bank transmitted the funds it was over 48 hours. We asked for them to honor it but they refused. Also, they collected two additional payments for 358.34 and we have yet to receive it. They did give us a $951.72. The $1,500 was 3 payments earlier than that. So we are asking for the difference between 951.72 and $1,500 plus the three payments. This is a game that they play with people to not honor a discount. They already get over 30% interest and an origination fee of over $500. This is a shady business. We were desperate at the time, so we did it. What a mistake!! We now want them to honor what the refunds.Desired Settlement: Refund our over payments and honor the discount.

I continually received an advertisement from this company. If you call you cannot speak to a person and it just is more ads for more companies.

We had a very professional and positive experience getting a short term loan through On Deck. The response was very prompt and funding was done very quickly. We will use them again in the future.

Review: Opened an account (line of credit) on the evening of 4/**/15....cancelled account on 5/*/15 and never used any of the services or draws on the line of credit. Cancelled acct within the 3 business days and asked to refund the $20 that they took out of our account for a monthly service charge.

They cancelled account and said that that couldn't refund the $20 becuase we "asked" for it after the account was closed....which is not true. If they record their calls, they will hear that we asked for a refund BEFORE the account was closed.

This is the email response we received today.

Review: These people keep sending me junk pre approved loans. Upon further investigation of this company I found out that they are deceitful and non transparent. They do not tell you they are charging a ridiculous 15% interest on their loans and furthermore you must abide the contract agreement by US law not to mention the fact they are making more money taking advantage of the exchange rate.Desired Settlement: Please take me off your mailing list, I do not wish to be contacted by licensed criminals.

I received a letter in the mail and filled out the online form. Before I finished the form I received a phone call from a broker to discuss the loan. It sounded acceptable however decided against the loan because of a twice monthly direct deduction out of my checking account. I was uncomfortable connecting the company to my bank account. I texted the broker who had texted me that I didn't want to proceed with the loan. Now I am getting texts from brokers all over the country asking me if I want a loan. And one text said they heard about me on [redacted] I don't know if the form I filled out is sent to brokers around the country or if that broker decided to expose my phone number in [redacted] Either way I do not recommend you give this company personal information. Certainly do not give them your phone number.

Very pleased with our relationship with On Deck. 2 years now. Great customer service. No problems.

Review: I applied for a loan with this company and was told by 2 Reps 1 of which is a senior Rep that If I paid the full amount of my loan sooner then the terms agreed, that I would get a lower interest rate applied to get a lower payoff amount .

When I spoke to my Rep [redacted] he told me that that is not possible . I was mislead from the all the Rep's that were involved when financing my loan .

Be very careful when using this company and make sure to get names and numbers of all Rep's and even if you need any terms that you get them on paper .Desired Settlement: To honor the verbal agreement that was promised to me .

Review: This company continues to send junk mail concerning a pre -approved loan for my business to my home address. My business is not located at my home. I have called more than once asking them to stop sending this crap to my home.

My business is inc. in order to keep my personal assets separate from my business. By associating my business name with my home address implies that my business is located in my home. This is a direct violation of my company's privacy policy, which states anyone company or cooperation who associates [redacted]'s home address with the business name All About Chimneys is subject to a $ 2500 fine for each violation.Desired Settlement: Stop sending this crap to my home or I will sue this for company for privacy invasion!

Our credit specialist [redacted] had contacted [redacted]’ business as part of a phone campaign to business owners who may be interested in a loan. She spoke with a woman who answered the phone and was given [redacted]’ email address. However, rather than send an email noting this, [redacted] erroneously sent an email saying she’d spoken to [redacted]. We have spoken with [redacted], and she acknowledges and apologizes for her error. We want to assure both [redacted] and the Revdex.com that we do not send SPAM to businesses who have not provided us their email. We listened to the recorded phone call between [redacted] and the woman who answered the phone and can confirm she provided the email [redacted] – we’ve attached a recording of the phone call as reference. I am very pleased with OnDeck service. This is a second time that I borrowed money for my business from OnDeck and I did it because (after full payment of my previous loan with OnDeck) there were no surprises. Agreement is clear and as a small business I couldn't get loan from banks. I compared rates with Merchant Advance Services and OnDeck is significantly better. Prior OnDeck I used AdvanceIt and the amount I paid back was much higher and didn't allow my company to grow.

This relation allows my business to grow and has completely stabilized my debt while expanding my business. I would recommend OnDeck to any business that needs cash for growth.
