Ms***’s return was received on November 19th, and processed in to our new system that was launched November 17thIt was discovered that our new system reflected her refund to her MasterCard, but did not fully process through our payment system and reflect to her financial institution as expectedWe are certain this is due to a transfer of information from our older system to the new systemThis has since been resolved within our system to avoid future complications
We understand Ms***’s upset and apologize for the service she experiencedWe take our customer service seriously and realize the inconvenience this has causedPlease advise to how we can better resolve this issue for Ms***
