FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM A VICTIM SHE IS GETTING PEOPLE RENTAL INFO AND ACTING LIKE THE DEPOSIT CAN BE CHEAPER BY PAYING HER 150.00 HER SISTER NAME IS [redacted] AND I FOUND HER TODAY DUE TO A FRIEND MEETING HER AT HER HOUSE TO GIVER HER HER DEPOSIT AND SHE HAS YET TO GET HER MONEY BACK NOR DFOES THE LANDLORD OF THE HOME KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT T\WHATS GOING ON SHE SAID SHE MANAGE HER OWN PROPERTY AND [redacted] JUST ASKED HER COULD SHE PUT IT ON HER LIST TO HELP HER EENT IT OUT!!! _____ _______ ...... Today at 7:16 PM [redacted] MY NAME IS [redacted] AND ME AND A FRIEND [redacted] HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY HER FAKE COMPANY. [redacted] THE WEBSITE IS[redacted] AND I WILL ALSO FORWARD THE EMAILS RECEIVED BY HER AS WELL. SHE GO BY [redacted] OR THE LAST NAME[redacted]. I WENTY ON[redacted] AND SAW A LISTING WHICH IS HEREAND I HAVE FORWARD YOU EVERY EMAIL SHE HAS SENT ME. WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENBED WAS THAT IN ORDER TO VIEW THE HOMES ON THE SITE YOU HAVE TO GET A MONEY PACK FOR 25.00 TO GAIN ACCESS AND SHE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE PASSWORD [redacted] LOG IN INFORMATION. THERE IS ** PROCESS SHE HAVE WHERE IF SOMETHING IS ON YOUR CREDIT AND YOU KNOW IT, THE LANDLORDS THAT SHE DEAL WITH HAVE THE DEPOSIT HIGHER THAN NORMAL AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE DEPOSIT DOWN IS TO PAY 150.00 FOR A VOUCHER THAT ALLOW THE DEPOSIT TO DROP. (WHICH IS A LIE) I WAS INTERESTED IN THIS HOME IN THE [redacted] APARTMENTS BY A GUY NAMES[redacted] AND SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP ME GET IN THE HOME. HIS TENANTS ENDED UP STAYING AT THE HOME AND I ASKED HER FOR MY MONEY BACK AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND SINCE!!! MY FRIEDN[redacted] MET UP WITH A LANDLORD TODAY AND [redacted] WAS SUPPOSE TO MEET UP AND GIVE THE LANDLORD THE REST OF THE MONEY THAT[redacted] GAVE [redacted]. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP GAVE US THE RUN AROUND ALL DAY LONG AND SHE ALSO WOULDNT DEAL WITH THE LANDLORD NEITHER. ANMDY THIS RIP OFF HAVE BEEN SENT TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM THE LOOKS OF THE ADDRESSES IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL. SHE IS SCAMMING TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY AND ANDY SHE HAS TO BE STOPPED. TJHIS IS SAD I MEAN VERY SAD AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR HER TO BE IN JAIL FOR THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!! IVE FOUND A LOT OF HOIMES IVE LIVED IN ON[redacted] AND THE DISPATCHING JOB I HAVE NOW AND HAVE HAD FOR 2 YEARS. Refunding my money.I gave Ms.Jaqueline Exum a 150.00 dollars via green dot card to assist me with finding a house.They never found one because something happened with their program she told me in July that my money would be refunded in at least a week it's been almost three months and all i've gotten is excuses she's called several times giving me days and times but I don't hear from her again she called and left a message yesterday saying that I would hear from her today and I haven't yet I did text her but she failed to answer.I would justlike my money back because they said if they didn't find you housing it would be refunded.I will never deal with this so called company again because my experience has been nothing but a total rip off .Desired SettlementI would like my refund that I was promised since July back now because I have waited and been patient long enough and I should have received it long before now.Business Response Ms.[redacted] along with many others have either received there refunds or are being sent a final notice that failure to pick up the refunds will result in the refunds being sent to the State of Tennessee Unclaimed Property. Ms.[redacted] was advised that the refund would be issued in accordance with the refund draw accounting process and not in one week. Although, the refund was substantially late. She has received the refund and was requested to notify the Bureau. Sorry for the late response. Thank you.

Suppose to receive a refund of $150 from [redacted] Exum. Its now going on two months giving me the run around and still no refund.on may 12 I meet [redacted] Exum to help assist me with looking for a rental property I then gave her 150 for a voucher assistance program she claimed to have had which was refundable if services were not used after being not finding anything and not using her voucher program [redacted] said she would refund my money may 22, 2014. Today is July 8,2014 still nothing [redacted] has sent me numerous emails texts and calls all with different excuses to both me and many others in group emails. I have All emails and text. [redacted] is a scam artist and needs to be stopped.Desired SettlementI just want my money.Business Response Ms. [redacted] is due a refund. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and advised of the interruption in the business operation and I had anticipated having all refunds made by August 15th. I have some refunds still open. I am hoping to have the remainder refunds paid out soon. I will contact Ms. [redacted] and advise. Many clients have been connected with Private Owners and secured rental properties. There is no scam; however, the Housing Assistance in which clients were connected with private owners will only be available to those who have successfully located properties previously. I apologize for the delay in responding. I have communicated with Ms.[redacted] on another email address. I explained to Ms.[redacted] that the business operation was being restructured and that we are refunding a certain sector of clients. Mostly those who are affected by a service we are dropping. It was anticipated that all refunds would be made by Auugst 15th. There are still a few remaining refunds to be issued. Ms.[redacted] will be refunded. MS.[redacted] has been giving me the run around for over a month about my refund. There was a property I was suppose to rent through her company.On March 20 I contact Ms. [redacted] about a property on Sunning Morning. I view the property and paid the fees for the house it was suppose to be ready April 1.Well she stated the house had electric problem and that it would be ready April and it still was ready so we started looking for other property's, so in may 2 I ask for a refund and I've been waiting on every since she either tell me that her boss is going to bank or she just want answer the phone. Desired SettlementI am seeking the 680.00 that I gave for their service and my deposit back.Business Response Ms. [redacted] contacted [redacted] seeking assistance in locating rental property in March. She paid a $20 non-refundable application fee, a $150 refundable vouch certificate fee and later paid $500 for the deposit on the home that she had identified. She was advised that there were repairs needed and it was anticipated that the home would be available the first week in April. The home was not available to occupy in April and she was advised accordingly. She first requested a refund. She later called and cancelled the request and opted to wait a little longer. At some point, Ms. [redacted] was needing to move in asap because of family issues (unsolicited information she provided). When it was obvious that there was not definitive date the selected home would be ready, Ms. [redacted] was advised. At that time, she requested a refund. She was advised of the refund schedule and her refund was due to be issued on June 5th. Ms. [redacted] subsequently located another home and wanted the refund sooner. Efforts were made to expedite the refund and the refund was issued in the amount of $650 ($500 for the deposit and $150 for the vouch certificate). This refund was issued on June 3rd, two days before the original scheduled refund date. Ms. [redacted] was also advised that she would retain access to the property listing and could still utilize the listing without the services associated with the Vouch Certificate. In an effort to further assist Ms. [redacted]. A 2 Bedroom Home located in the[redacted] area, renting for $750 with a $200 deposit was located. Several attempts were made to contact Ms. [redacted]; however, she did not respond because she may have felt a little bad about filing the complaint and not mentioning it when she picked up her refund.
