They most certainly drove my truck more than feetThere wasn't any problem with the front end of my truck as I have receipts it has a complely brand new front end and I have receipts to prove itThey towed it wrong and ruined my front endThey dent he's talking about is the one I personally caused in the beginning of summerI'm talking about the one on the top of the tailgate and directly below it on the bumper.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
Ryan T***

Mr. T[redacted] asked me
before he had even got in unit if we drove it because he was worried we messed
up the transmission, this seemed to me that we had already messed up the
transmission in his mind before he even got in unit. He got in unit, drove
forward and backwards. He did not say anything...

about any issues. He then walked
around unit and inspected all sides of it. The same dent that has rust in spots
was there then and he didn’t say anything about that either. It was obvious
dent was there prior to us simply because paint was chipped and metal was
rusted underneath. Metal does not rust in 3 days. I did drive unit out of the
spot in our yard and turned it around, (maybe a total of 50 feet moved) I felt
some issues with the front end at the time like worn out inner and outer tyrods
or bad wheel bearings which take tens of thousands of miles to wear out.
He then came inside and signed 3 different releases stating there was no
new damage from us, and releasing us from any responsibility. We did not drive
unit to yard it was towed. The tow truck used was the correct truck and did not
cause any damage to Mr. T[redacted]’s truck. It loaded the rear tires, lifted them
off of the ground and towed that way. Had to tow from rear because its a rear
wheel drive when 4 wheel drive is not activated. Front tires were still on
ground. No damage was caused from this.

Now to the
"outrageous" bill. I was told to charge $75.00 a day by the lein
holder and I charged $40.00. The unit was here for three days, and I charged
him for two. The total bill should have been $260.00: 3 days at $75.00 + 35.00
admin fee. I charged the customer $115.00 2 days of storage at $40.00 + $35.00
admin fee. Was trying to help him out.

On Demand will not give
refund or pay for repairs as we did not cause any damages to the unit. Also he
signed releases stating we did not cause damages and would not be responsible
for anything.

Thank You,
