Review: I completed 3 surveys in july. supposedly, I should be getting 3 gift cards. after filling out and returning 2 validation forms for each claim, I still have not received anything. they do return emails, however, they are always vague in answering and tell me to keep waiting.

my concern now is that they have my personal information and, since they seem to be shady, i'm afraid of identity theft.

this may be unrelated, but since I filed with them, I have received hundreds of robocalls-up to 20 per day on occasion.. I just find that kind of coincidentalDesired Settlement: I would like my gift cards.

I would like to see their "surveys" taken down(if that's even possible)

many of us do surveys for a little extra cash and there are reputable companies out there.

I don't want them to scam anyone else

Dear [redacted]:

We are writing in response to your letter dated October **, 2013 concerning a complaint made by [redacted] ("Complainant") about not receiving her KFC and Burger King Gift cards offered in survey paths hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC ("ODR").

The reason ODR has not yet sent the Complainant's gift cards is because we have not yet completed processing our September gift cards. The Complainant was confirmed in the month of September for two gift cards (she did not complete the requisite paperwork for the third gift card), and ODR's customer service has informed the Complainant of her gift status via email. The Complainant was also informed that she will receive her gift cards as soon as we complete processing all gift cards for the month of September, which generally takes 2-4 weeks from the end ofthe month.

We believe the Complainant has taken our survey in good faith, and ODR would like to maintain this trust by assuring the Complainant that as soon as all gift cards are processed, that we will ship them out to her immediately.

ODR would also like to assure the Complainant that we take our customer's privacy very seriously, and that her personal information has not been compromised.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Review: Yes, Back in February of 2013 I completed a Dunkin Donuts survey to receive a USD25.00 Dunkin donuts gift card in 6to 8 weeks, after filling out the survey on line. at the end of the survey, it said Congrat's we will send the card to you. Ten weeks later still no gift card. I sent email and they told me to fill out some paper work and mail it to them . I did just that. Yesterday I still have not received the card. again I sent e-mail to them on this issue, and they now say I need to send them a Photo ID with my picture on it like a license through the computer. I told them, NO WAY!! I feel this is a SCAM. If Revdex.com can look in to this I would appreciate that.Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my USD 25.00 Dunkin donuts gift card for all my troubles and I will never do any surveys again on line. thank you![redacted]

We are writing in response: to your letter dated August **, 2013 concerning a complaint made by [redacted] (''Complainant"') about not receiving a Dunkin' Donuts gift cud offered in a survey path hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC ("ODR").

ODR has decided to reward the Complainant the aforementioned gift card. The reason ODR has not yet sent the gift card is that,. as ODR's gift validation form states, in relevant part, that one must return the form along with"...a current, validly issued picture ID to the address stated... This is due to the fact that ODR bas found that there are a number of unscrupulous individuals who take its surveys multiple times and/or submit multiple redemption forms using aliases. In order to avoid being defrauded,. ODR usually requires proof of identity. Pursuant to the gift validation form, valid identification consists of ..A validly issued and current picture identification, such as drivers license. military ID, or government-issued ID."

However, even though Coroplain8llt failed to submit a validly issued picture ID, we believe she took the survey in good 'faith and wil1 provide her with the gift card. ODR would like to maintain a mutual level of trust with our customers, and will follow through with this request by providing [redacted] with the S2S Dunkin) Donuts gift card.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with. additional information.

Review: I received an email that said it was from Kohls and I would receive a $25 Kohls gift card for taking a brief survey. After giving my name, address, and cell phone number, the survey was a bunch of questions asking me if I want to receive emails for special offers and free samples from various companies ~ I responded no to all of the questions. However, within minutes, I started receiving many emails from various companies. In addition, at the end of the survey, it said "As stated, you will receive a $25 general dollar gift card" after filling out a claim form and mailing it to some address. I can't believe I was duped ~ I never participate in surveys offering rewards for completing. The only reason why I chose to do this survey was because I thought it was from Kohl's and I love Kohl's and trust them. I am very upset that I gave my information to pass out to who knows how many other companies, especially my cell phone number.Desired Settlement: I want On Demand Research to stop sending these fraudulent emails out to people. And I want all of my information removed from them and everyone else they gave it to!!!

Review: I completed two assignments by this company and also have emails from this company stating they were going to send two $25.00 gift cards for completing them. I completed these at the end of 2012 and one the beginning of 2013. This company refuses to give me their name to whom I am speaking to nor will they provide me with a phone number. Every time I connect with this company (since 2012) they state "there is a delay and you will get your gift cards". I was promised that my gift cards for 1 - $25 gift card to Target and 1 - $25 gift card to Starbuck would be sent to me at the end of Aug. 2013. When I didn't get these gift cards, I connected them just to get the same response "There is a delay"... I have given them ampule time to send my gift cards before filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to send me my two gift cards. 1) $25.00 to Target and 1) $25.00 to Starbucks immediately. I do not want to hear "in 6-8 weeks" or "At the end of the month" I would like them immediately. I also would like all email offers from this company to stop.

Dear [redacted],

We are writing in response to your letter dated September **, 2013 concerning a complaint made by [redacted] (“Complainant”) about not receiving her Target and Starbucks gift cards offered in survey paths hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC (“ODR”).

We believe the Complainant participated in the surveys in good faith and has exercised great patience, so ODR will, as requested, process and ship the gift cards to Complainant immediately. The reason ODR has not yet sent the gift cards is that the Complainant’s gift status was overlooked due to a filing error. Additionally, we will remove Complainant from our mailing list as per her request.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Sincerely yours,

Chief Operating Officer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I have received a Starbucks and Visa card in the mail and validated the cards. The excuse ODR stated about over-looking my status is not valid. My status was looked at multiple times due to multiple emails to the company. I hope that if I conduct future business with this company that the process will be smoother and will not relate to this process again!

Thank you again Revdex.com for the support and helping me obtain what I have earned!

Sincerely,

Review: Today I completed a survey, not a request to be bombarded by random scam businesses, a survey for Kohl's. It was for a gift card. Once I had already submitted my info and was getting through the survey I realized it wasn't for Kohl's. Within minutes I was receiving calls and emails for junk I don't want. I want my information removed and retracted from third parties I did not consent to receiving my information. This is serious. I want it removed and to be never contacted again by them.Desired Settlement: Remove my information from your database and the third parties you gave it to. Period.

Dear [redacted]:

We are writing in response to your letter dated July **, 2013 (copy attached) concerning a complaint made by [redacted] ("Complainant") about receiving calls and emails as a result in her participation in a survey hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC ("ODR").

In her letter, the Complainant requests that she cease receiving calls and emails from ODR and its marketing partners. On or about the date of this letter, Complainant has been added to our global suppression file.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Review: took a survey by this company and was given a claim number. Sent in 3 claim forms properly filled out. Company refuses to send promised gift card. Now they want a copy of my drivers license for a photo ID. No mention of this on claim form. Very scary to think they would expect someone to sent in their driver license for a gift card. Thank You for looking into this fraudulent companyDesired Settlement: I would like the promised gift card to be sent to my home address as promised.

Dear [redacted]:

We are writing in response to your letter dated July **, 2013 concerning a complaint made by [redacted] ("Complainant") about not receiving a [redacted] gift card offered in a survey path hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC ("ODR").

In her letter, the Complainant states that she completed an online survey, was given a claim number, sent in three claim forms properly filled out but has not received the gift card. She then states that ODR refuses to send the promised gift card and "now they want a copy of my drivers license for a photo id. No mention of this on the claim form." The requirement that a survey participant submit valid photo identification as proof of identity is clearly set forth in ODR' s Gift Rules.

ODR's Gift Rules state that one must: return the form along with"... a current, validly issued picture ID to the address stated." The reason for this is that ODR has found that there are a number of unscrupulous individuals who take its surveys multiple times and/or submit multiple redemption forms using aliases. In order to avoid being defrauded, ODR requires proof of identity. Pursuant to the gift rules, valid identification consists of "A validly issued and current picture identification, such as drivers license, military ID, or government-issued ID."

In summation, Complainant's failure to submit a validly issued picture ID would account for her not having received the gift card. Once ODR receives proof of identity as required by its Gift Rules, it will ship the gift card to Complainant.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Review: I completed a survey as requested by On Demand Research, in order to receive a $25 Nike gift card. I submitted all the necessary documents twice and still haven't received the gift card. They keep giving me excuses such as; 'It hasn't been processed yet due to an overwhelming response". They have a history of doing this. However, they finally sent me a gift card that I had earned last year, so I had trusted them to send the Nike one. I was wrong!Desired Settlement: I would like the gift card as promised, and any future assistance the Revdex.com can do to assure this won't keep happening to other consumers.

Review: I received an email from OnDemand Research, despite my numerous requests that they unsubscribe me from their email list, to take a short survey for a KFC gift card. The survey seemed like just a few questions, so I took it. When I hit the "Claim your card button" I was redirected to another site requesting my personal contact information, seemingly for shipping purposes, so I provided the information. Again I was redirected to another site for another survey. I completed the survey and it all came to an end without conformation of my gift card being shipped. What I did receive was a barrage of phone calls from companies answering my 'Request for Information" about their product and/or service(s). Somehow providing my contact information -Again, for what was misleadingly disguised as shipping information- and hitting the "Yes" button to questions like"Does anyone in your home have asthma?" or "Does anyone in your home feel they pay too much for car insurance?" is legally construed as me "Requesting" aforementioned information. I am pretty sure it is not. Here is the email: [redacted]Desired Settlement: These Internet Information pimps should be shut down and fined heavily.

In his letter, the Complainant states that he completed an online survey but has not received the gift card. ODR searched its system with regards to the Complainant and determined that he did not fully complete the survey. As the Complainant did not complete the entire survey, this would account for his not having received the gift card.

We have also removed the Complainant's email address and phone numbers from our system. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Dear [redacted]:

We are writing in response to your letter dated July *, 2013 concerning a complaint made by [redacted] ("Complainant") about not receiving a Dunkin Donuts gift card offered in a survey path hosted by OnDemand Research, LLC ("ODR").

In her letter, the Complainant states that she completed an online survey but has not received her gift card. ODR searched its system with regards to the Complainant and determined that she did not fully complete the survey. As the Complainant did not complete the entire survey, this would account for her not having received the gift card.

However, as a result of her customer service inquiry, she was accidentally provided with the claims form ("Claims Form") that is provided at the end of the survey path. She subsequently writes that she did not to have the claims number required to complete the Claims Form and as a result, she could not send in the Claims form to claim her gift card. Since she did not complete the entire survey, the system would not generate a claims number for her. Because it was ODR's error to provide her with the Claims Form, it will send her the gift card upon receipt of a completed Claims Form (the claims number will not be required) despite the fact that she did not qualify for the gift card.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide you with additional information.

Review: I fulfilled my obligation that was required by the company. I sent in numerous forms repeatedly, due to the fact that they 'claimed' they never received them. Then I was asked to send in a copy of my I.D. Like a fool I did comply. They gave me the excuse that they were running behind. This was back in June!! I still have yet to receive the $25.00 Kohl's gift card that was promised. On their customer service page it even verifies the fact that the necessary forms were received back in May!Desired Settlement: I would like them to mail to me the promised $25.00 Kohl's gift card they had promised.
