Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] 's response is not correct, and part of it is completely fabricated In order to fix the problem with water leaking from the area of my waterfall, I first called [redacted] of Tropical Accents, the landscaping company who completed all the work in my backyard in May 2015, exclusive of the installation of the irrigation system associated with the "wet" portion of the creek The installation of that portion of the job was handled by On Demand Sprinklers, who was called in by Tropical Accents to complete that work I am unsure as to whether On Demand Sprinklers is considered a "subcontractor", but [redacted] 's company completed all the irrigation work associated with the wet creek portion of my landscape project In March, when I noticed that 1" to 2" inches of water was accumulating from an unknown part of the wet creek into my backyard, I first called [redacted] to request investigation and repair I mentioned to her that I'd noticed that the water accumulated only when the pump was turned on and the waterfall was in operation She felt that the repair would probably be best handled by On Demand Sprinklers and suggested that I should call [redacted] to correct whatever the problem might be When I talked with him about fixing the problem, I told him that I'd noticed that the water accumulated only when the pump was turned on and the waterfall was in operation, and I asked him to investigate and correct whatever the problem might be so that my back yard would no longer flood As mentioned in my complaint, I suggested to Kevin that perhaps it would be better to schedule his visit after the soaking rains we were experiencing at that time had stopped so he could complete a better examination of the situation He said that he was coming out anyway, and would get it fixed As previously mentioned, [redacted] , himself, did not arrive to investigate the problem, but he'd sent a subordinate (another individual named Kevin, whose last name I don't know.) The details of that visit were in my complaint Please note that I have no complaint with his subordinate He was very polite and worked as best as he could in the rain to investigate what was causing the water leakage [redacted] 's statement that I "stopped payment of my credit card payment" is not true My recollection is that I didn't use a credit card to make payment of On Demand's invoice In fact, I had offered to pay with a credit card, but [redacted] said his company was unable to accept credit card payments at that time He provided me with an alternative online invoicing and payment service which I used to make my payment I don't recall exactly which service he used -- I seem to remember that it was maybe Quicken, or perhaps Intuit I no longer have any records for such transactions from last year I do recall, however, receiving a phone call from an administrative assistant working with On Demand Sprinklers who told me that when she tried to run the transaction it didn't "go through" correctly I told her that I was unsure as to why there would be a problem, especially since I'd been using a similar system to pay Tropical Accents, without difficulty She said she'd reprocess the payment, and I do remember receiving an email a few days later that the payment had been successfully completed, and that their invoice was completely paid Perhaps On Demand Sprinklers could provide this information from their records covering May In any event, I'd like to request that [redacted] provide detailed information substantiating that I stopped payment, as I'm not sure what he could be referring to with such a statementRegards, [redacted]

Hi [redacted] , Ms [redacted] called us out there for a problem for a pump that we installed previously We went there, we discovered the actual problem was in the fountain structure itself which was not installed by On Demand Sprinklers Therefore, it was not warranty work and she was billed accordingly for our time We have had problems with this customer in the past When we originally installed the pump, she put a stop payment on the credit card transaction due to the landscaper breaking a sprinkler head The landscaper is a separate entity and had nothing to do with our completed work We do not wish to continue any of our services to Ms [redacted] now or in the future Please call me if you have any further questions Sincerely, [redacted]
