their website is "Most of our orders ship within 1-business days of receiving the order, and arrive 5-business days after." I ordered a baby onesie (Order #***) on 8/14/and did not receive any specific information on when to expect my itemOn 8/17/17, I reached out via the customer support email to see when my item would be shippedI received a response stating that the item would arrive to me between 8/23-8/30/I emailed the company again on 8/22/to check on the status of my order since I had not received an update on shippingThey responded "As informed earlier, your order is estimated to reach you within Aug - Aug / Please bear with us till Aug 30, and if the order does not arrive by that date, get back to us and we will do the needfull." On 8/30/17, I sent an email stating that I would like a refund since I a)had not received and b)no longer needed the itemIn a response, On Fleek Culture said that I could not have a refund because the item had "been handed off to our shipping department" and "cannot be cancelled."
