On-Line Security Ltd. of Long Island

Review: We have come to a completion of a contract with this company. We have decided not to extend the contract with Online Security. We purchased our security equipment from them and own it outright. With the equipment is an installer's code, which without it, the equipment is inoperable. They have refused to release the code to us, stating that when the contract was over they shredded the information.Desired Settlement: At this point we were without coverage and had to purchase new parts in order to have security on our office. We would want to be reimbursed for the parts we now had to purchase again that had they given us the installer's code, we would not had to re-buy.
