Hello Ms. [redacted], I took the time to review what happened with your refund from the IRS. Upon review, I see you chose the "pay by refund" option in our website and used a bank product with our third party bank Santa Barbara Tax Products Group to pay for our services....
When they received your refund from the IRS they attempted to deposit it into the bank account listed on your income tax return but it was returned to them by that bank. This occurs for various reasons. The most common reason is a typo in the account number. Once the ACH deposit was returned to SBTPG, they wrote and mailed you a check (02/22/2016) to your home address. If you have not received it, please watch for it in the mail.
