Hello Ms [redacted] , I took the time to review what happened with your refund from the IRSUpon review, I see you chose the "pay by refund" option in our website and used a bank product with our third party bank Santa Barbara Tax Products Group to pay for our services When they received your refund from the IRS they attempted to deposit it into the bank account listed on your income tax return but it was returned to them by that bankThis occurs for various reasonsThe most common reason is a typo in the account numberOnce the ACH deposit was returned to SBTPG, they wrote and mailed you a check (02/22/2016) to your home addressIf you have not received it, please watch for it in the mailYou can log into the SBTPG website to confirm this information: https://www.sbtpg.com/.Please let us know if we can answer any questions.Best Regards, [redacted] On-Line Taxes, Inc.www.olt.com
