This is regard to the complaint from [redacted] and [redacted] concerning their daughter [redacted] 's senior portrait photo bookThere is a discrepancy in the letter sent to us regarding when they paid for their orderThe [redacted] originally ordered two photo books and portraits (prints), on October However, after placing their order they called back saying they wouldn't be able to afford both photo books and that they needed to also change their portrait print orderSo they came back in on November 22, and completely changed their orderThey did not pay for everything at that time and they still had a balance due when they leftBecause they still had a balance due on their photo book we told them we would go forward with their portrait order [prints only), and that we wouldn't put their photo book into our production quo until the balance was paidThey picked up their portrait print order on January 24th, At that time they finally paid the balancedue on their photo bookHowever, by that time we had many other senior photo books in front of them as well as several wedding booksWe still had hoped to have their book done in the spring and we always try to have senior books back to the client before their graduation, but unfortunately their book took longer then we expected it toWe felt bad about not getting [redacted] 's book to her in time for her graduation, so we generously offered to give the [redacted] 's a second copy of their book (that they originally wanted but couldn't afford)When I spoke to [redacted] on June 23rd, she agreed to our offer, so we gave the [redacted] 's a second book at no charge to them! The second book had a total value of $We feel this was more then fair compensation for the extra time it took us to deliver their book [redacted] and [redacted] received both of their books on July 10th, thus completing their orderThey said they were happy with the books and signed a statement to that effect I do understand their concern when their book was late, but we feel their comments to you were a little harshAnd they misrepresented the facts (when they ordered and when they paid the balance in full)We have never and will never take money from a client and not deliver what they have paid for.Sincerely,Constance C [redacted]

This is regard to the complaint from [redacted] and [redacted] concerning their daughter [redacted]'s senior portrait photo book. There is a discrepancy in the letter sent to us regarding when they paid for their order. The [redacted] originally ordered two photo books and portraits...

(prints), on October 3. 2014. However, after placing their order they called back saying they wouldn't be able to afford both photo books and that they needed to also change their portrait print order. So they came back in on November 22, 2014 and completely changed their order. They did not pay for everything at that time and they still had a balance due when they left. Because they still had a balance due on their photo book we told them we would go forward with their portrait order [prints only), and that we wouldn't put their photo book into our production quo until the balance was paid. They picked up their portrait print order on January 24th, 2015. At that time they finally paid the balancedue on their photo book. However, by that time we had many other senior photo books in front of them as well as several wedding books. We still had hoped to have their book done in the spring and we always try to have senior books back to the client before their graduation, but unfortunately their book took longer then we expected it to. We felt bad about not getting [redacted]'s book to her in time for her graduation, so we generously offered to give the [redacted]'s a second copy of their book (that they originally wanted but couldn't afford). When I spoke to [redacted] on June 23rd, she agreed to our offer, so we gave the [redacted]'s a second book at no charge to them! The second book had a total value of $718.20. We feel this was more then fair compensation for the extra time it took us to deliver their book. [redacted] and [redacted] received both of their books on July 10th, 2015 thus completing their order. They said they were happy with the books and signed a statement to that effect I do understand their concern when their book was late, but we feel their comments to you were a little harsh. And they misrepresented the facts (when they ordered and when they paid the balance in full). We have never and will never take money from a client and not deliver what they have paid for.Sincerely,Constance C[redacted]
