I have attached email correspondence along with the Proof Of Filing to show the date the BK was filedFrom the start she requested a refund because she felt like providing us with a list of creditors was to much workAlthough her garnishment was stop and she has received a discharge she is unhappy with the servicesWe will not issue her a refund

This response is not exactly accurateI provided my matrix on the 23rd of January and it was not filed until the following Tuesday the 27thI notified my own payroll regarding the bankruptcy and they informed me of the number and when it was filed when they looked it up for me to add to my records at workMy check was still garnished and the money taken because it was after payroll and they weren't notified in timeI did have a problem with collecting my info my self and creating a matrix to have copied and pasted to documents I could have done myself and bought the kit to get the required documents for less than dollars and filled it out myselfI have a printer and a better computer that doesn't take hours to uploadI did all of the work and still don't have a copy of my bankruptcyI went to courtI provided my company with the bankruptcy info and I was even told I could go file it myselfwhat's the purpose of having your credit report pulled out of your pocket if you also have to put them on a matrix yourself? I am unhappy with spending an additional dollars to use a office computer and printerNothing else was done fir me besides strolling my paperwork down to court at the owners convenience which again I was told I could take it myselfI inquired about my discharge with the court and I knew it was discharged before a lousy email was sent to meSo its apparent this bankruptcy company is a scam and hides behind legal jargon put in a contract for protection and has clients signing without fully disclosing the fact that they are paying dollars to rent an computer and printerA simpleton can put the necessary information in the necessary boxes sign and take it to the court themselves and pay the feeBefore going thru this process I had about clients to throw their wayAfter experiencing this myself I wouldn't send a cockroach to this company

No not debt free as suggested, some things could not be discharged but that is not relevantAgain I understand I won't be receiving a refund nor compensation for the things not done by your companyI'm sure I can get a copy of my bankruptcy from the court as that has not been provided to me eitherAnd just so you know I know the Bankruptcy kit contains at least 40-pages outside of the creditor breakdown so the 60+ pages if that's true mostly consists of the kit itselfYou have shown great customer service and resolution regarding this I can see how your business stays afloat, mostly because people are taken advantage of behind what you consider work at your leisureAnd bad review or not, you have their money already so you don't need the referral, Just another person that doesn't know better and that adds up

As you have not  allowed a full 30 days for the document preparation time.  Although we appreciate your business I would like to note that from the start you have been skeptical about the business.
