Unfortunately the problem this customer is experiencing is an extremely isolated event that is only occurring on her machineThe problem the customer is experiencing is related to our program’s activation, and to this date the troubleshooting steps are still ongoingWe have taken steps to reset the customer’s user account and password on our end so the customer can sign in a create a new password to login and activate the programThese steps have solved this problem for our other customers experiencing similar activation/sign in issuesThese troubleshooting steps were sent on 8/19/and we have not heard back from the customer to confirm whether or not these steps have solved the problemAs of today we have sent a follow up email with this customer and are waiting to hear backIf we are unable to resolve the problem on the customer’s machine, we will be able to issue a full refund--------------------------------------Jeff P [redacted] - Support ManagerONSoftware, Incwww.on1.com
