Review: On March 1, 2013 I paid in full ($238.50) for 5 lawn treatments for the 2013 year. The spring treatment was applied on April 24...the late spring treatment was applied on June 20...the early summer treatment was applied on September 23 only after many phone calls and voice mail messages made by me. None of my phone calls were returned and there was never any response to my messages. The web site no longer exists...the office number records a message but no calls are ever returned. A cell phone number is provided but again it is never answered and goes to voice mail. Messages are left by me but there is no response to them. Today is December 10 and I still have not received the last 2 treatments scheduled for late summer and fall. Since the owners ([redacted]) will not contact me I have no other way to resolve this situation. I have been a customer for several years and do not understand this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the final 2 lawn treatments (late summer and fall) that were never done. I requested an amount of $50.00 for each treatment plus tax for a total refund of $100.00.
