I renewed husband's tag and they charge $39.99 fee. Site says refund upon request but no one will respond to emails and phone number is messed up.

Paid on July 15th, 2020.
I immediately contacted them because they sent me an email sayiny my charges were $89.99. I never actually was sent to an authorized site to complete my purchase so I had no idea what the site charged. They do not put the amount you are paying anywhere on the site before you pay. They have a guarantee on their site they will refund the $39.99 fee if you contact them. I have emailed them 2 times with no response yet and their phone # does not work to call and get this straight. I paid with my debit card and I am scared it was just an attempt to steal my info now since it all seems like they are scamming people.
I just want my $39.99 back. I am also going to contact my local tag office and let them know to remove this link from the payment slips they send in the mail. This company should not be able to take advantage of people who are just trying to pay a bill. A tag is enough money without someone scamming you out of money.

I did receive a refund from the company way after many attempts to reach via email. Their phone number is still unavailable so there is the quicker response method gone. Will make sure to read fine print next time.
After inadvertently ordering a renewal sticker, cancelled my transaction, promised a refund and never received one. Charged my account the full price.
On May 27th I inadvertently ordered a renewal license plate sticker thinking it was the official Wisconsin DOT site. Once I found out that this was not the case, I contacted this business to cancel my transaction and was told that I would receive the service fee of $39.99 in a few days returned to my account. Instead I was charged the full amount of $126.69. I did receive an email stating that the transaction was cancelled but the charge went thru nevertheless. I contacted them numerous times, including having my bank on the line to get a refund of the service fee to no avail.The sticker did come in the mail for my vehicle. 2 weeks ago they reassured me that my account would be credited in a couple of days or I would receive a check in the mail by today June 26th. Nothing came so I contacted them today and asked where my refund is. They stated that the transaction was cancelled and that they dont owe me anything. I have proof that they took the full amount out of my account..bank statement. and I did get my renewal sticker from the DOT. They are not living up to their promise of a refund due to my error as the web sites closely resemble the Wisconsin DOT...Help please

To renew your car registration online in Arizona you go to servicearizona.com him when you do this this person's information pops up saying servicearizona.com plus they have another website right under it that pops up and they're actually a third-party I'm for a registration mine was $99.17 they charged me $239.99 I called my bank right away to stop the payment when I reached out to the business they told me they could not stop the payment because it was pending until tomorrow morning and when I asked why it was so much they said that's just what they do and then they refund the difference once it goes through.the complaint I have is when you type in servicearizona.com it should take you to our a. Page and it takes you to der page you have to actually go through to others to get to servicearizona.com and it does say in the name servicearizona.com and that is not them.
