Got the check today - you may close this case

Surethis is an easy one. We get lots of calls during the day with customers asking for me, the owner. We did get an email from Mr*** that I responded to saying that we will give him a refund. We wouldn't be in business all these years if we were out there taking money from
customers without doing successful repairsHere's a copy of it in case he didn't see it. I will see if the check was processed and if it wasn't I will make sure it goes out today. Business said they would send out a check that
day-(5/9/17) it's been a week - still no payment.They have told me other times that they would mail a check as well and never complied. How much time do I give them to send a check and if still not received
