On Que Style received items from you for consignment in September and is diligently working to sell them on your behalf It is our understanding that you were previously consigning your items to Vaunte On Que Style does not have an ownership stake in Vaunte and despite our team member's efforts, including Quentin, to communicate with the ownership of Vaunte, we have been unsuccessful Neither On Que Style, nor Quentin is responsible for the liability associated with Vaunte Thank you

On Que Style consigned merchandise from you in September and attached are the copies of the Receiving Documents for your items along with a copy of the agreement with On Que Style There are several items that have sold in the month of November 2016, of which a check will be sent to you on December 15, according to the agreement We will continue to sell your merchandise until the end of and then return all of the remaining items along with final payments (if any) On Que Style does not have any ownership in Vaunte although utilizes the same fulfillment source in Irvine, California Any financial obligations that are due to you from Vaunte are not obligations of On Que Style, not of its staff Thank you

On Que Style and Vaunte utilizes the same fulfillment service located at Sky Park Circle, Suite G in Irvine, California. Due to the fact that Vaunte was unresponsive to most of its customers, several customers communicated with On Que Style and in some cases, former customers of Vaunte were new customers to On Que Style for consignment. On Que Style does not have any ownership interest in Vaunte

We have provided as much information as possible regarding this complaint and are not sure what else to provide at this point to close this issue.   On Que Style does not have any ownership in Vaunte although does utilize the same fulfillment service that Vaunte did which may have contributed to the confusion.   Nonetheless, we have attempted to forge a consignment relationship directly with [redacted] which was created in September of 2016.    We also have communicated that the newly consigned items with On Que Style will be returned at the end of 2016 and any unpaid consignment amount due will be paid at that time in advance of On Que Style's contractual obligation in order to close the account with On Que Style.    We hope this will assist in closing this issue and please let us know if you have any other questions.

This is the business address of OnQue Style. I have also attached a copy of the shipping label I used back in 2015, and you can see that the words "On Que" are actually on the label. As my products were sent to OnQue's business address, and they are a consignment business, this is theft. They must either return my physical merchandise or compensate me for the sale of them as per the consignment contract.
