I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree. The are a well known company and are recommended throughout. I also own my own business and there are no days off especially in the heart of the extreme heat or extreme cold. He was sure enough to respond when they wanted to get paid. I paid in full, has a parts and labor warranty from OnSite and I want them to fix it. I feel it was a hit and run. There were no threats involved just a demand. My family & pets were involved. The heat DID NOT work at all. Own business or to who doesn't carry their phone with them everywhere. I just think OnSite & Mr. [redacted] is an unprofessional company. I wasn't even asking for money back I just wanted my heat working. It was so cold we were displaced for the night. Why should I have to pay another contractor to fix his crappy mistake. For the record he was paid over $4000 for this and I don't even think it was a professional job. This is a seasonal home and it is now locked up, closed and winterized for the season. If Mr. [redacted] was to make good then refund some money so I can have a reliable contractor get it working.

This letter is to respond to letter that I received from the Revdex.com on the behalf of Mr. [redacted]. Yes my phone did receive a text from Mr. [redacted] on Sunday, Oct 11th, at9:35 am along with an email on Sunday , October 11th at 9:34 am another text at 6:39pm the same day,...

followed by a voice mail later that evening on Sunday October 11th at 10:38p.m stating that he did not know how to turn on his new furnace and demanding that I be there the following morning Monday , October 13th. My phone received another text on Monday October 12th at 11:44 am. Each text, email and voice mail had gotten progressively nastier while including more and more threats. As I had stated to Mr. [redacted] the company is not open for business on Sundays and the following Monday October 12th was Columbus Day which is a holiday that the schools are closed and I spent it with my family. I own a small repair company that only consists of myself and help from my wife. Nowhere on my advertisement, contracts, or estimates do I state 24 hour or emergency service. That being said when my family and I choose to have a vacation the business is shut down. I do not take my phone with me on vacation as it would not be a vacation while trying to run the business over the phone. The following day, Tuesday October 13th, the company was open for business and at 8:13 am I contacted Mr. [redacted] through texting as he had stated in one of our early conversations when we were still in the estimate stage of this transaction that he preferred text over calling. My text stated that I was sorry he had issues on the weekend and I would look at it that week to ensure there were no problems in the spring in which Mr.[redacted] replied that my services where no longer needed and that I SUCK followed by more threats. Later that day Tue October 13th Mr. [redacted] texted me demanding that I send him a signed and notarized contract stating that I would take care of this in the spring to which I replied no. That is when Mr. [redacted] said that his lawyer would be sending me a letter. Following my lawyers advice I responded to Mr.[redacted] to contact my lawyer directly which he responded with more threats and insults. As far as his a/c not cooling to his satisfaction, this is the first time I am hearing of this problem. He had plenty of opportunities to notify me or my wife as we had to contact him multiple times for the final payment for a little over a month after the work was completed. So in conclusion I did try to provide good customer service to Mr.[redacted] on this matter with which I was met with insults and threats. I offered to look at the problem and resolve it that Tuesday October 14th but was instead told to send a signed and notarized paper stating I would look at it in the spring which I am unwilling to do. I believe that there is nothing I am able to do to resolve this issue with Mr.[redacted] without causing more issues, threats and insults. That being said Mr.[redacted]’s new unit does come with a warranty which he has the paperwork on and can use another contractor to resolve this issue. I wish Mr.[redacted] the best of luck with his unit and his new contractor I would recommend one for him but I believe that would ensure Mr.[redacted] not to use this contractor who is local and would do a good job for him . Thank you for your time and giving me the opportunity to state my side of this issue .
