Review: I purchased a used satellite dish from these folks I could never make it work, even with thier help over the phone. when I attempted to return it I was told they would not accept it.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this item and get my money back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
The business refunded 505 of my money which was thier take it or leave it offer. while not completely satisfied with this it is the best I could do. Thank you.
