Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [The inflammatory accusations by this organization are unfoundedI have complained about their outlandish fees such as $each time to throw down ice melt after a storm So the building now buys their own I can go on regarding the incredulous fees but that is not the point here I have never threatened not to pay a billThat is a sad accusation in response to this In my first correspondence I claimed I would not pay for the proper installation of the electrical wall plates I have never removed the machine until it was discovered the outlets and water hoses were behind the dryer The pictures clearly show exposed wiring and the boxes were not properly installed If you look at the dryer outlet it looks like a rectangle meant to fit in a square hole I doubt very highly the previous owner looked behind the dryer Square Indigo will send an electrician here and charge me double because that is their practicePlus, why did they wait until the night before the agreed appointment that I would be charged? I did state in my correspondence that I would pay for the materials to change the face for the washer outlet I find it highly impossible that the outlets would fall out of the wall and exposed wiring had they been installed properly the first time I have not had any other issues with outlets here I truly think it is their responsibility to install the plates safely and without fire hazard to me and this building I can hire my own electrician to change the face of the washer outlet For once, I would appreciate them taking responsibility for an error that may have occurred on their part not just for myself but for this building They didn't even paint the sheetrock and in the email trail attached I mentioned I painted it myself Take responsibility for once for sup bar work I never sent a complaint prior to this about having to replace the glass on windows twice in my first years of living year due to sup par work Plus many other things But this is purely a fire hazard and it just doesn't affect me This is not a personal complaint and their accusations of our tensions in the past are a completely exaggerated and unprofessional In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
