I am rejecting this response because: They are trying to cover themselvesI had a witness there when I was told the mechanics cut corners and I have a witness who was there when I was told they would pass the inspection over the phoneOf course they are not going to admit to any of thisAlso, I have other people who have problems with their cars and service as well as people who asked where I got my car and when I tell them, they always respond by telling me they have heard nothing but bad things about the companyI had a whole list of issues with he car and I told themChepo took a ride with me and told me the stalling and dragging of the car was the car switching gears by itselfWhen I am now, through research finding that it has been the transmissionI told them about the jungling sound they ignored and found it was the wheel bearingsThe only thing they kept fixing, which took attempts, was the heat and disregarded my other complaintsThen sent someone all the way to my job minutes away from my town to tow my car after I contacted Revdex.comOn April 9th they claimed my car was days last due when I had just made a payment the week before and was up to date which seemed like retaliation to meAll I asked for was the title and part of the money I spent on my repairs on a car I had for a short time, as well as paying on bi weeklyThe $that remains I am not worried about but I want the difference after that for the repairsI work out of town and transport my children everyday I can not wait for the bogus time frames they give for repairsThey can take it to court if they would like because I will counter sue and bring my witnesses alongI will also contact the newspaper, the news, the licensing commission as well as the attorney general and have my witnesses and have them write their statements about what I was told, the towing incident as well as the complaints from other customersI have never experienced this with any other dealershipI don't think I am being unfairMy car been maintained by me frequent oils changes, I have had a tune up, wheel alignments etcI should not have to deal with this and I make payments every two weeks.

SEANTIQUA NEVER GAVE US $2,FOR REPAIRSEVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE FOR HER WE DID FREEIF SEANTIQUA CAN SHOW US $WORTH OF RECEIPTS WHERE SHE PAID $FOR REPAIRS ON THE VEHICLE ABOVE AFROM A REPITABLE REPAIR STATION ON THE AVE AUTO LLC WILL GIVE HER THE TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE
ABOVE.WE ONLY GIVE A WARRENTY ON MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION FOR MONTHS OR MILESTHERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE HEAT, WHICH WE FIXED FREEWE GOTHER IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A WEEK; ALL OF OUR APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE WITHIN A WEEKTHAT IS THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I KNOW OF.SHE NEVER BROUGHT ANY PAPER WORK FROM *** SHOWING THAT ANY REPAIRS NEEDED FIXING.WE DO NO INSPECTIONS AT OUR PLACE OF BUSINESSWE DO RECOMMEND SEVERAL PLACES THAT THEY CAN GOOUR VEHICLES ARE ALL INSPECTED BY LICENSED REPITABLE INSPECTION STATIONS, OUT OF THE VEHICLES WE SOLD THE MOST CODES THAT WERE EVER ON A VEHICLE IS 3.WHEN A VEHICLE IS PURCHASED IF NOT PAID IN FULL THERE ARE PAYMENTS THAT ARE OWED UNTIL PAIDSHE SIGNED A CONTACT AND KNEW WHAT HER PAYMENTS WOULD BE SHE AGREED TO PAY $BY WEEKLY UNTIL VEHICLE IS PAID

I am rejecting this response because:I had to deplete my complete savings account to make repairs on this car. I feel like I was completely ripped off. I will be willing to accept the offer without receiving any money back if they can get my transmission fixed and also give me the title to the car. I will not ask for any of my money back but I need the transmission fixed correctly the first time and the title.

Review: To Start the salesman took my title to the car I traded as well as my license plate. with that being said I drove a car for 2 months unknowingly uninsured because they faxed the information to my insurance company themselves claiming everything was takin care of. However there is no information of any off these things taking place with the insurance agency, I have since then spoken to insurance agency. But no longer have any vehicle. They falsly said the insurance was takin care of and I drove off the lot that day.Desired Settlement: I want my money back which before the reposesion was 443.00 dollars, as well as the money givin towards the financed car which was 500.00 dollars down.
