He wouldn't take this off the bill either Finally, I needed a new filter But "he didn't have my size in the truck" Luckily, it's a very common size and I had one on hand from Menards What kind of HVAC guy comes to clean and service an air conditioner without having the common filters on hand? Answer: the kind of HVAC guy you shouldn't use A&W, enjoy the extra $you stuck to me Because you will never get any repeat business from me, and I will make sure to tell my friends and neighbors not to use you either

Worst service I have ever had! Lied about price and charged me twice what they said. Blew out a clog in furnace drain pipe and shot nasty water everywhere from ceiling to walls. Soaked into back of drywall and betwwen wall. Now my basement smells musty and drywall smells and is stained.I would not ever recommend them to my worst enemy.Called them to express my disappointment,lady said she would look into it and call me back.She never did.

Very pleased with the service I received. I feel that they went above and beyond. I set up an appointment for my sump pump. Once they got to my house I also asked if they could take a look at my water softener as well which they did for no additional charge. Granted I didn't have any work done to it, just needed help with how to use it but still it took more of their time. They were very fast at getting to my house and were here for less than an hour. They replaced my sump pump and resealed the radon lid for the pit. They were very knowledgable and gave more information than I asked for which was great. The price was definielty fair and I would refer them to others.

Woke up at 5 am and decided to check on sump pump since we had had some serious rain and I hadn't heard it kick on. Got to basement to find sump pump had failed and water was at top of the basin. Called A&W and left a message. Got a return call 5 minutes later!! Had a repairman out by 7am with new sump pump installed and running within 10 minutes!

In 2013 we called them on a sunday because our air went out, in August! They showed up the next day and installed a new unit and gave us a great price!

Have used them for our heating and air needs the last 3 years and will continue to do so as long as they are around. Love having the maintenance plan with them as well for preventative maintenance. Locally ran and owed company.

These folks are caring and worked with me to resolve my issues.... I talked quite a bit about others that don't really do what they are paid for !!!! I called and they answered quickly with concern for the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting / needing GOOD SERVICE.... What more need I say Have tried allot of the rest and did not really feel the level of concern, Thank you A&W, I am with you, Oct. 16,th 2014.

I was told it would be $30 per pound for the R-22, with no mention that there would also be a charge to pump it in.

So here are my complaints: I was also assessed a $25 "service charge" just for showing up to do the $65 cleaning and servicing. I objected, but he wouldn't take it off. I would have never used them if they'd mentioned that when I called for the appointment.

Finally, I needed a new filter. But "he didn't have my size in the truck". Luckily, it's a very common size and I had one on hand from Menards.
