In regards to our response to the complaint received by your organization on  our customer, [redacted], [redacted]-this is what I have on record.   On 10/10/2012 Mr [redacted] signed and agreed for On The Level Foundation and Roofing to do some work to his foundation (31 Piers) See Signed Contract attached   On this contract, it is written " 15 pilings to complete house if all 46 pilings are installed total $12,650.00  At the time our customer decided to to 31 pilings for $9300.00. These 31 pilings have a lifetime warranty.  The terms and conditions are listed on the back of his contract -Page 2 of attachment   On 8/2/2016, Mr [redacted] called our office requesting an estimator to go back and look at this pillers in front for  porch separation.  At that time, we scheduled our estimator, [redacted] to go out on August 16, 2016.  Mr [redacted] did an inspection for him and discovered that his foundation is in need of additional piers and more work to be done to sustain the porch, but Mr. [redacted] did not have the funding.  We also requested that he have a certified plumber do a Hydro-Static test to see if his plumbing is faulty and leaking underneath that would cause distress to his foundation. Under our Terms and Conditions on the second page of the contract, under THIS WARRANTY WILL VOID AND NULL IF #5.  THE FOUNDATION IS UNDERMINED (I.E. SOIL SLUMPING, ERODING, PLUMBING LEAKS, CREEK BEDS, EXCAVATIONS, ETC). This is why we required him to get a Hydro-static test.   He stated to [redacted]  he would get back with us.  In accordance to our This is the last word our company has heard from him.   In order for his home to be at tolerable levels, he requires more foundation piers at this time AND A Passed Hydrostatic Test.  These findings were discussed with him in August 2016.  It is now March 2017, and we have yet to get a response from him.   Please advise customer our company honors our Warranty terms on our contract, but the work he needs is not covered by his Warranty.   At this time, we will be glad to work with him if it is financing that he needs.  Our company has financing options that we can introduce him too.     Respectfully,   [redacted], Assistant to [redacted]   On The Level Foundation and Roofing ###-###-#### Corpus Christi ###-###-#### Rio Grande Valley ###-###-#### Fax
