To whom it may concern, ID # [redacted] In regards to the Customer complaint, the Customer Miss [redacted] called On The List Salon and requested an appointment for the following services on January 11" 2016: Color, Haircut and Conditioning Treatment Miss [redacted] shared pictures of the desired Hair color during the consultation at the beginning of the appointment and requested an Ombre' style colorThe Ombre' color is a dark root "grown out look" to light blond/ platinum endsAfter agreeing with the stylist this was the result desired the stylist proceeded to complete the color serviceAfter the color service was complete the conditioning treatment was completed as well and the haircut which in Miss ***' words was "Beautiful" .The Breakdown of the Stylist prices is as follows: Ombre' Color Conditioning Treatment Haircut 2% charge for use of a credit card payment Totaling The remaining was the gratuity left by Miss [redacted] to the stylist Grand Total- The salon was contacted by Miss [redacted] weeks after the service to complain that the service was not to her likingThe Salon spoke with the stylist to find out what she would like to do for Miss ***, Because OTL is a booth rent salon it is not the salons decisionThe stylist responded to Miss [redacted] that she would love the chance to make any changes that she needed free of chargeMiss [redacted] had already gone to another salon and had them do a completely different color style and did not want to come back inThe stylist offered to refund half of the color service Because of the product used and time spend half is standard procedureMiss [redacted] did not respond to the offerThe conditioning treatment, haircut, 2% credit card fee and gratuity are additional services not a part of the color service Miss [redacted] was unhappy withRegards,Stylist Lori L**On The List Salon

I am rejecting this response because:
I failed to take into consideration the fact that I did pay for a cut and conditioning treatment, along with the colorI also left a tip, despite my dissatisfaction, because I know the importance of tippingI am sure that the reason for my hesitation to allow Lori to fix my hair is obviousBecause of what Lori had already done to my hair, I was not willing to chance going back to On the List to have my hair done a second timeThe reason for waiting such a long time to contact the salon about a refund was because I wanted to get a professional opinion about the damage that was done to my hair at On the List, before I asked for my money backAs stated before, I did indeed get the opinion of another hair colorist that the coloring done to my hair was very poorly done, and that the previous stylist should have never let me leave her salon like thatEven if the hair color Lori gave me is what I asked for (which it is not), it was carelessly executedI would like to change my request and ask for a refund of the full color amount of $Attached are pictures of the job done by Lori

during the consultation at the beginning of the appointment and requested an Ombre' style color. The Ombre' color is a dark root "grown out look" to light blond/ platinum ends. After agreeing with the stylist this was the result desired the stylist proceeded to complete the color service. After the color service was complete the conditioning treatment was completed as well and the haircut which in Miss [redacted]' words was "Beautiful" .The Breakdown of the Stylist prices is as follows: Ombre' Color 150.00 Conditioning Treatment 25.00 Haircut 35.00 2% charge for use of a credit card payment Totaling 214.00 The remaining 32.10 was the gratuity left by Miss [redacted] to the stylist Grand Total- 246.10 The salon was contacted by Miss [redacted] 2 weeks after the service to complain that the service was not to her liking. The Salon spoke with the stylist to find out what she would like to do for Miss [redacted], Because OTL is a booth rent salon it is not the salons decision. The stylist responded to Miss [redacted] that she would love the chance to make any changes that she needed free of charge. Miss [redacted] had already gone to another salon and had them do a completely different color style and did not want to come back in. The stylist offered to refund half of the color service 75.00. Because of the product used and time spend half is standard procedure. Miss [redacted] did not respond to the offer. The conditioning treatment, haircut, 2% credit card fee and gratuity are additional services not a part of the color service Miss [redacted] was unhappy with.
