Review: I needed insurance for my 1988 Ford Ranger cost me $111.00 for 6 months and was never told anything about cancellation fee and other fees. The truck wouldn't pass smog so I cancelled the insurance and left it parked. I had insurance for 4 days and now I am receiving $56.00 back from the company [redacted] which [redacted] Insurance hooked me up with. The employee [redacted] misrepresented the auto insurance she was giving me, she never disclosure any detailes. I called her to get a copy of the coverage I had on the truck and she said there is no paperwork just the insurance identification card. They totally scam me and took my money for this coverage and now they are taking 4 to 6 weeks to return half of my money. I should only be charged for the 4 days I had the insurance which is $2.44 which my refund would be $108.56 not $56.00. My policy number with [redacted] is [redacted]. I am very disappointed in this company I have used On the Spot Insurance for several years in the past on other vehicles I have owned and I never had any issues like this. I think they are looking to scam people for there own personal gain.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the rest of my money which is $108.56

Review: my pathfinder was stolen and when I got it back there was no paperwork for proof of insurance so I called and talk to [redacted] he said he could mail me a copy.lt has been almost a month now and I still don't have a copy I called him a lot of time's and the last time I called him he yelled at me. l should have had a copy within a week. He handle this very wrong for a person who is working with the public.Desired Settlement: l need the insurance card for the pathfinder.
