I got quotes and pricing from several AC companies. On the Spot HVAC give me the best price and service. I recommend them

ON THE SPOT replaced my HVAC at Lancaster,Tx 75146 in May 2018 and I've been having constant trouble with it, making loud noises inside,they won't fix
First, I was over charged and bank found it. Also unit malfunctioning . They won't repair. I'm too old to mess with these crooks anymore!

Desired Outcome

Just repair the problem.

I have had numerous conversations with you that have not been very constructive to say the least. If you can remember back when our first conversation took place it was about the dispute of the overall balance for the install of you new air conditioner and we agreed if you can remember on a $900 balance that was still due from the original disputed amount and we both agreed on that balance and went on but this balance was never received or collected so when your son spoke to my lead technician about the problems you are having with your new air conditioner he broached the subject that the $900 balance was still hanging out there and that needed to be collected upon as well. This then prompted you to dispute the entire balance of a legitimate install that took place at your residence. Now per our agreement for you to withdraw that dispute with your credit card merchant we are required to drop all collection methods that were never made in the first place, and we wont ever bring that up again with you. Now about the issues you are having with your a/c and heating unit, we will gladly come to your residence and address these issues, but you will have to open up some kind of dialogue with us to arrange that and you have been non receptive in that regard. Please keep in mind your new air conditioner system we installed is fully backed by a full 10 year all parts warranty so you will be out no money to do any kind of repair. This was the best service I could have asked for. Polite, punctual, and very good at their jobs. I decided to wait till winter time to completely replace my air conditioner and heater and I had several quotes that I had accumulated in the summer time when it had started giving me fits. But I held out to the winter months to hope to get things going a little cheaper than the peak of the summer. I called On The Spot HVAC and they discounted their original estimate by over 20 percent. Now is the best time guys to do this work. Get it done by this company

I called several companies to come out and give me an estimate to replace my air conditioners and all my duct work and On The Spot HVAC impressed me the most. Their price was competitive and Cody was very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and really helped me decide on the air conditioners I needed from a professional opinion and not just guessing. We had them add 3 return air ducts and replace our complete duct system. Thanks for everything On The Spot HVAC.

hired them to replace a air conditioning and heating unit and everything went smooth and was priced well. I will have them back out to re do my insulation and clean my ducts as well.

Whatever I can say about Cody and on the spot hvac won't be enough to describe how this air conditioning company takes it to another level. I had on the spot hvac replace my 2 air conditioners and install a 8 zone dampening system and this is the best decision I could have ever made. There are parts of yhe house that I never go into and the dampening system has made it where I can fully control those areas and it has brought me electric bill down In half. I hope this review makes anyone doing research on this company to make the right the decision and call them.

On The Spot's service was great! From diagnosis to quoting to final installation..,they were efficient, professional, honest, and courteous. They recommended what I really needed and the whole process was so smooth, especially the installation - the technicians were very polite and got the job done in a very professional manner. The owner *** was very friendly and checked a couple times during installation to make sure all were done right and all my questions regarding the new Trane unit were answered..,I highly recommend On The Spot HVAC!

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are extremely jaded when it comes to the construction industry. After living through 16 weeks of renovation on our home, and being told that our current AC unit would support the space, we were devastated to find out a week later that we in fact needed a brand new HVAC system. We are coming up on multiple days of 100+ degree temperatures and we had no choice but to move forward with the unit replacement. On Monday my husband spent hours calling installers and having them come out to provide quotes and they were all astronomically priced and they spent no more than 10 minutes at the house. Toward the end of the day he spoke to *** at On The Spot HVAC and he said that they could send someone out to look at the space right away. After speaking with Jeff and visiting with Raul (who spent a good 30 minutes inspecting all aspects of the project), we felt very confident that they were the right guys to go with. They were honest, used TRANE products (Made in Texas) and had been very fair in their pricing and financing options. We confirmed with Raul that same night and by 10:00 am the next morning Juan and Octavio were at the house installing our new system. These two guys were fantastic - they answered all of my questions, suffered through the insane heat and were finished with the whole project by 5:30. From start to finish On The Spot fixed our problem and cooled our house in less than 24 hours. After over a year of terrible experiences, we are so thankful that we found an honest company. Thank you to everyone at On The Spot for providing exceptional customer service - it means more than you could ever know!

Normally I don't leave reviews but I just had to in this case with how superb the service was from on the spot. *** Identified the issue with my air conditioner and gave me the options and recommended replacement so that I was not pouring money into a system that was over 20 years old. I told him I would have to get a few more estimates and get back with him before I pulled the trigger on a several thousand dollar job. I did and all of them were higher than on the spot's and I just didn't get a warm a fuzzy feeling about any of those other companies. I called *** and on the spot back out and they came out and knocked it all out in just under 5 hours with little to no intrusion in my life. Thanks again for the prompt and great service. Ill be calling when it its time to replace my other two air conditioners.

On The Spot has stopped returning phone calls to fix an AC unit that is under warranty.
I purchased a new AC unit from On the Spot in May 2017 for $5,500. The unit was installed in May 2017. The business told me it would take a half day to install. It ended up taking 3 days to install. Since the install, On the Spot has been out 3 more times for repairs in 2017.
1. A/C was not sealed properly
2. Heater would not work
3. Heater would not work

Heater worked the remainder of the winter. On March 19th 2018, the AC was turned on and would not work. I talked to On the Spot representatives twice with a promise was made to come fix the unit but On the Spot has failed to show. I have called 4 more times and left messages. On the Spot will no longer return calls. I have been calling the number on the website XXX-XXX-XXXX.
I am requesting a refund for the unit or for On the Spot to pay for all repairs needed to get the unit working reliably.

Cody from on the spot and I discussed about the importance of setting expectations with customers about timelines and setting up times and dates that all can work around. Cody apologized for taking a month to correct my concerns and stated he would be more prompt returning phone calls in the future. I do not see any concerns going forward as long as on the spot follows through with the agreement put in place.
