I contacted different plumbing companiesOne wanted a fee just to come look at the bathtub, the 2nd one never contacted me, but OTW Plumbing responded to my contact immediately and *** came out to the house for a free estimate
Upon inspection it turned out I needed a specific kind of faucet for the bathtub, and it wasn't what I boughtNot only did *** show me what I would need and give me suggestions of where to find it but he offered to take a look at what I found before buying it to make sure it would fit
*** replaced the faucets and even substituted the shower head that came with the faucet for a much nicer and more reliable one that he had in his truck, at no extra charge
