Our company was contacted and hired by *** and *** ***The quoted price was agreed upon in advance and consisted of a base price as well as a per foot price for the length of trench and service neededThe customer called Crawford Electric in advance to confirm the location of the proper pole
that the service needed to be installedThis location was confirmed before the trench and installation was completedAfter the installation was complete we were paid by a check that later bouncedOur company had to contact said customer to try to get the payment was returned by the bankAt that time the customer agreed to meet us on the following Tuesday with cash to settle up the invoice amountThe customer never showed up to pay this amount and has been completely unreachableWe have made every effort to reach out to this customer to help with relocating the service to the required pole location as well as collect payment.On Time would be more than glad to help with this customers concerns but they must return a phone call and they must pay for the services rendered thus far.Pleasse feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.Thank You,*** ***- ManagerOn Time Electrical ServicesMobil: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I told On Time that Crawford could not confirm 100% that the pole below my site without being on siteI told them I hope it was the closer one to keep the cost down but I am not an electricianI put a stop payment on the check because I would not be paying for services rendered incorrectly and I still have no intention of doing soAgain, I will pay for the cost of the electric pole because it was put in place properly but I have no intention of paying the $per foot charge on the feet of cable ran to the wrong pole
