These guys are horrible. We bought a brand new Carrier furnace and ac unit and they did such a horrible job with the installation that we have to have the whole system torn out and reinstalled. Costing us an additional 5k - and they refused to pay anything. They used old parts, they patched the system together like a child would. Absolutely no pride in their work. They just wanted to get away with doing as little as possible and hope we wouldn't notice. When we did notice and had a flood that ruined our ceiling, they wanted to come in themselves and "re-do" the shoddy work they did the first time. They are terrible. Stay away.

I had my old Furnace replaced in October 2015. On Time Heat & Air, LLC gave a competitive quote, professional service and knowledgeable technicians. Thank you [redacted] and [redacted] for your efficient service.

Review: I signed up a maintenance agreement with this company which they failed to perform

1. Clean and/ or replace 1 standard filter - The technician told me he does not have any filter in his truck and that he will bring it later. The unit was running without the filter for almost a month until I realized the air quality was bad and I had to go replace the filter. If the tech was not going to bring it , why did he promised - TECH NAME [redacted] 2. As soon as he left , week later the flame sensor went bad. I called the office, but no one showed up.

3. I scheduled a spring tune up of the A/C unit today (4/8/2014) and the tech came out and did not perform any work and left .

The owner [redacted] who made me sign the Maintenance agreement last year had come out to recharge my A/C unit with freon and promised that the yearly maintenance agreement will cover minor refill of freon during the spring tune up and it will be headache free for rest of the year. But instead the tech came and shied away from doing even the standard work which was part of the agreement.Desired Settlement: I want this company to FINISH the job.

Replace the filters.

Make sure that the freon is not low, and if it is it should be toped off or else REFUND MY Money for the agreement.
