I came in to check out scooters and [redacted] was very helpful in answering all of my questions I came back the next day to purchase one When I called the next day to let them know I was coming in to get one [redacted] was very helpful and explained it may take a little time to prep the scooter By the time I got there they had it all set up ready to take me through the paces of all the bells and whistles After the paperwork which took very little time! He directed me to the parking lot next door for me to practice After about minutes I was ready to go! I love my scooter :) I ended up getting the mint green retro SSR and I've already gotten so many compliments

After searching for the right place and loosing a lot money on deal I had with another scooter dealer I was very apprehensive about walking into another scooter placeplus I had very little cash to put down on a scooter for my son because of the experience I hadTo my surprise I didn't feel like this place was trying to rip me off at any timequite the oppositeNO BS here!! The sales guy *** wasn't too pushy and I really felt like he cared about finding the perfect bike for my teenagerWe finally picked out a bike but wasn't sure about the price *** was able to get me approved with $downVery good and honest guy*** took care of the details and really went out of his way to get all the info about the bike and to get the deal doneBefore I left the tech guys made sure to check the scooter was in tip-top shape before I left(lights working, turn signals, etc.) The mechanics were on-top-of-their game too!Not halfass like my other experiencesI will continue to do business here for scooter repair or upgrades for my sonI'm so glad they were open on we went to Advanti PowersportsGood selection of bikes and it's nice to see a place organized and working together to make the customer happyScooters are getting more popular in Phoenix and if your shopping for one you really should check this place out

What a horrible startI simply gave them a call saturday morning, waiting until 10am to speak with themI called to inquire about the no credit check program and the guy was so rude to me on the phoneAfter telling me what the program was about I had other questions for other financing programs and the guy who actually turned out to be the OWNER said that I was simply wasting his time and hung up on me! Words can not describe how upset that made meI was so excited to get a scooter until the horrible service he game me over the phoneWhat shocked me the most was that it was the companies owner who hung upI do not recommend to do any kind of business with this company what so everThe initial phone call right there just tells you what crappy service they must be providing to their customersNo respectI will never call this place or even shop here againIf I am going to spend my own money, I better get treated with respect

We just purchased a 2014 125cc quad for my daughter and they were great to us! The finance process took 10 minutes and we were approved. After signing the paperwork we were introduced to the service department we had so many questions. They spent as much time as we needed to understand the break in and maintenance for the quad. We will buy our next off road product from Advanti Powersports they have a customer for life.
