On Time Logistics, LLC out of Little Rick, Arkansas is the company *** commissioned to transport bunkbeds to me June 23 and this has not happened.
I was to receive a delivery on June 25 2019 for some bunkbed from *** via On Time Logistics out of Little Rock. The delivery did not happen. I called the next day, with a *** person on the line. The dock manager, Patrick said he had the freight still on the dock and it did not get sent ElDorado way, that they make that delivery on Tuesdays and mine did not get on that truck. He promised it would be on the following week's truck. July 2nd came, and when there was no delivery, I was told there was an accident on Interstate which kept the truck from South Arkansas. The holiday was their excuse. July 9th was promised. When there was no delivery on the 9th, I called again and Patrick said that I was mistaken, that the truck coming to South Arkansas comes on Wednesday. I had a *** employee on the line with me again. July 10 was promised. This is even on the *** email I have. (Initially *** thought I had received the merchandise and would not have know I had not if I had not called.)
I did not receive the furniture yesterday, either. Today I called and Patrick told me there was a very good reason I did not get it, because it was not there. I reminded him he said he was looking at it on the dock the first time we spoke.
I fear something nefarious is going on. Please help.

Thank you for the inquiry. First let me say that we try to provide "best in class" service to our consignees and customers. Unfortunately, some deliveries do not go as planned and we do our best to make it right. During the time of this delivery there were extenuating circumstances that contributed to the problems on this delivery. In a nutshell, our customer had moved their Distribution Center from one facility to another and was training new warehouse staff. In addition, we were also training new personnel during that time. Unfortunately, we did not catch the large number of mis-shipments coming from the Distribution Center and did not realize that Ms. order was not dock at the time. We tried several times to deliver before we realized the error. Again, there is no excuse for our performance it was a total failure. It was my understanding that the order was cancelled and that her money was refunded. If that is not the case, please let me know and I will be happy to help resolve the issue. Again, my sincere apologies for our lack of service.
