[redacted] I was quoted a price of around $[redacted] for the move [redacted] Items were haphazardly thrown into larger boxes to make things easier for transport. We had done all of the packing ourselves and while there were quite a few smaller boxes and a small amount of loose items we did not expect to see these things crammed into other boxes. Boxes labelled fragile are partially crushed, thrown upside down, and generally piled in a sloppy manner. A few larger items have dents, scratches and one item appears to have some sort of water damage. A candle holder has been shattered as well. I haven't opened any boxes labelled fragile yet but I can only assume that from what I've discovered so far there is more damage to come. Will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I might as well have moved myself and saved almost [redacted] dollars.

I had to do a two-part move, where my goods had to be moved into storage, and then moved to my new place a month later.
On Time made the whole situation as stress-free as possible and were very flexible with me because my second move had to happen with very short notice.
I was really impressed with the care the movers showed in handling my goods, as well as both my residences. Everything was handled carefully, packaged properly, and not a single thing got damaged - which has never happened to me when moving before!
I would definitely use them again.
