Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the business response because they have offer no response other than their excuses.1) I never test drove the vehicle because at the time I myself didn't have a valid license and it would have been illegal for me to do so.2) I didn't become aware of an issue with the heating system until after purchaseI then contacted the deal immediatelyFurthermore, if I was initially aware of an issue with the air conditioning system during one of the hottest months of the year, I would have bypassed this particular vehicle altogetherEspecially considering I have many small children which I am responsible for.3) I do not understand why the dealer would have been skeptical when dealing with me when I informed them that my credit was subpar beforehand and that was the main reason I was contacting them because they assured me that dealing with less that ideal credit was their specialty.4) I still have the original copy from the dealer which states that they included a warranty with the vehicle, which I paid an extra $forAll in all, most of this is he say she sayThe fact of the matter is Alpiemonte Chevrolet of Dundee sold me a vehicle that they do not own the rights toThe temporary plates expired in September, It is going on to DecemberI have been unable to drive the vehicle for monthsHowever, they still expect payment from meThey have not honored any of their verbal agreements and I no longer want any business with themThey have ignored all of their contractual agreements, I want my money back Sincerely, [redacted]

Al Piemonte Chevy did indeed sell a vehicle to *** ***. *** contacted us early in the process and advised that credit was sub-par. Our Sales Manager *** *** took concern to her situation as one of her primary concerns was the distance she would have to
travel being over an hour away from our dealership. *** apprised her of appropriate documents needed at time of delivery to ensure we could get her financed with one of our lending institutions. After numerous phone calls, Ms*** was able to bring all appropriate documents for bank approval at which point we scheduled an appointment. When Ms*** arrived, we showed her the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and Ms*** agreed the vehicle met all of her criteria. Ms*** took delivery of the vehicle not making mention of any concerns and signing all paperwork needed within the deal along with the "no warranty" documentation. With regard to the license plates, Ms*** was issued a temporary registration as Al Piemonte Chevy was working with the state to acquire the title and paperwork from the state of Illinois

The fact of the matter is Alpiemonte Chevrolet of Dundee sold me a vehicle that they do not own the rights to. The temporary plates expired in September, It is going on to December. I have been unable to drive the vehicle for months. However, they still expect payment from me. They have not honored any of their verbal agreements and I no longer want any business with them. They have ignored all of their contractual agreements, I want my money back.
