Hi: Based partially on your good rating of High Peaks Design, I contracted with High Peaks Design (*** ***) to remodel my basement May 7, Total cost ~$36, He has had my $12,deposit since June 3, *** has refused to respond to any of my numerous attempts (phone, email, txt) to contact him I can only assume he has absconded with my money Please remove him from your registery

Review: This general contractor replaced a front wall for my property in October of 2014. By February of 2015 the wall was crumbling. They used cinder block top instead of cement block top. I called and talked to the owner, Beneie, but he said they were busy and that he would guarantee their work. I called him once every month until now and got the run around. I mentioned small claims court and Revdex.com and he said he would get nothing from him and he would not fix the wall if I did that. I am trying to find out if they are still in business, because the phone numbers I have do not work any longer and it looks like I am out of a lot of money.Desired Settlement: Repair the wall using the correct materials.
