Contactor failed to provide machine to complete work site restoration as verbally agreed. Restoration requires machine to move earth, concrete debris, gravel leveling and moving concrete blocks on pallets moved during concrete work.

Antonio has declined to return multiple phone calls by myself and person coordinating the work, id est, ***. He stated he would make the site "beautiful". It is not.
