On Time Services LLC (Lawn Care)

Review: Fernando P** (On Time Services LLC) quoted me on doing some work cleaning up my yard for $7400. The quote showed owing $3700 after the deposit and not the $7400 at the bottom. He asked for a check for $3700 and after receiving it he said now you will owe me another $3700 when I am finished with the work. I hadn't realized that it was so much until he said that I would have to pay another $3700. I get confused and he was a fast talker. He wasn't going to do the work for a couple weeks. In the meantime I spoke to some other people, because I couldn't sleep thinking about the amount he was going to charge, the other estimates were around $4800 --- and they couldn't understand why he was so high. I had been having him cut my grass for about a month and wasn't really happy with the quality of his work. At this point I contacted him and told him I was unhappy with his work and didn't really want him to do my yard. He is too high. He then came out and cleaned up what they should have been doing and quoted me again $6600 this time. Still $2000 too high. I have changed my mind and do not want him to do my work and since nothing has been done, I want a full refund. He has told me to put it in writing and he'll talk to his lawyer about it. I don't want him and I want my money back. I sent a letter but have too many addresses and am not sure if it's going to the correct place.Desired Settlement: I want my $3700 back and he can deduct $162 for the three (3) cutting that he did prior to me asking about this clean up work that I had not paid for yet. Therefore I want $3538.00 back immediately. I gave him his money quickly and I want my refund just as quick.
