Review: On Time nearly ruined my wedding day on October **, 2013 in Bedford, NY. They were late picking up my bride and the bridal party and then the driver drove recklessly and got lost. I was within five minutes of having my wedding mass cancelled. Also, they arrived in an SUV, which was a free upgrade, but the ladies had a difficult time getting in and out of it while wearing their gowns and dresses. I called to request a town car, which we had originally contracted for, instead of the SUV pick us up at church and take us to the reception. I made several calls to complain over the next week or so and was given the run around. When the bill came I was charged a full trip for the SUV from the pickup to the reception even though he left from the church and I was charged for a town car from the church to the reception. In sum, I was charged substantially more than I was originally told when I made the reservation. The company is unprofessional and unless you want to risk ruining an important event look elsewhere. There customer service team did nothing but give me the run around, I should have been refunded the entire trip from from hotel pick up to the drop off at the reception.Desired Settlement: I should be refunded the entire leg of the trip.

On Time Transport Inc. tried to do a good deed by giving his party of four a free upgrade into an SUV. Ordinarily, a party of four in a sedan can be quite crowded.

Our customer relations representative called to notify [redacted]'s party that the vehicle will be a few minutes late due to an unforeseen circumstance on the road way. When the driver arrived he in fact had to wait for the party. The party was not happy with the free upgraded SUV so a sedan was sent immediately. [redacted] was credited back multiple credits on his credit card. (See attached receipt)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[I have read the letter from [redacted] of On Time Transport. The vehicle was more than "a few minutes late due to an unforeseen circumstance on the road way." The vehicle was several minutes late. So many that the bridal party had gone back inside to make calls to try and find out what was happening. After several calls to On Time's office and an ununderstandable driver made by me personally, I was very frustrated. The company's job is to be there ON TIME with no excuses for lateness. After the pickup the driver had the wrong address to the church and when his GPS said he was where it should be HE STOPPED DEAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and asked where is the church. He drove in an unsafe manner by speeding to try and make up for lost time. THE BRIDAL PARTY FELT UNSAFE. I personally had to request the sedan pick us up at the church. We were literally less than five minutes from having to cancel the mass portion of the service because the bridal party was so late. I think 28 minutes to be exact. The church had a deadline because there was a regular church mass scheduled after our wedding. I believe that I should be credited for the entire trip from Greenwich to Ridgefield due to the anxiety caused due to On Time Transport. I do have to say that the return trip from Ridgefield to Greenwich was handled much more professionally. ]
