There are many statements told by this customer, we also add that this customer did not have any complaints until we reported him for theft of services to the amount of $to our local police department and when they contacted this customer absolutely none of what he is trying to claim was even mentioned We could of installed the alarm but it would of cost about $200-$more, All sales are final it is on our wall and all of our receiptWe have not changed any of our accounts to hide negative reviews (if that is even possible) Out of all of our reviews the one person that we turned in for theft of services and did not pay us is now spatting liesIn all of my years in this industry this customer is the only one to have any problems with me again after I turned him inOn all the notes I have given please know this was all about a year ago and he is just now slandering my business

I am rejecting this response because:These people don't communicate? Perhaps, they both should work out of the shop. I complained to Mr*** multiple times. Stating we needed to negotiate and work something out. His wife does not know the entire truthI guess there is no communication between the two? She was never in the shop during my visits and I never spoke with her or have never met her. This is the first time hearing of an additional 200-to have it installedPlus, who is she referring to when she says "we" can install it now for 200-more. I guess Mr*** trained her to install alarms? She tried to claim a "theft of service" at the local police department. She was standing inside the police station when the officer called me and I complained about the Dis-service I received with ontop audio. The officer then proceeded to tell her, "Mam, this is not a theft of service." -He has a receipt for $It's a customer dispute that needs to solved in small claims court.I could hear her in the background as she seemed surprised to hear my complaints and to what actually happened to my carI paid $and received more than that in Damages to my car. I hope they show more consideration for their customers now or they won't be in business much longer.No Thanks, Never Again....Regards,

Bottom line is I have pictures of your car before and after, I also have you on camera and audio and never once did you say anything about an broken anything,if all that you are stating is true why haven't you contacted us to inform us on this? I have worked on more expensive cars then yours with never one complaint , for I know you have messed it up, I did tell you I could do the alarm but it would cost more because I would have to wire to wire the alarm and use relays the old school way.Your unpaid ticket has to do with amp install cameras wiring and one camera that is mine and all the parts and wiring to do the installs with amp rack.Oh paint didn't get on your car it was the dust from the wood work for your amp cover
