On-Top Reality is not on Top of nothing they don't care about their tenants and how they feel. I signed a 1 year lease and finished it out and in that one year lease we got treated like trash! They take forever to repair anything and is all they care about is money. I would never rent anything from these slumlords again. They have terrible customer service. I had to move out because there was to many repairs to be done and it was an unhealthy environment because of mold, leaks and people falling through floors that were supposed to be fixed. Now they are trying to charge me over $2,000 dollars for what repairs? the house was a piece of junk along with the rest of them! I moved out so they could repair the house for the next renters and they charged me for two months rent one of the months I wasn't even there and they even charged me for mowing haha! what a bunch of selfish people is all they care about is there money.
