I 0/19/15Re: Complaint ID ***To Whom it May Concern,In addressing yet another complaint from Ms***, I have nothing further to addI would refer you back to my response to Ms***'s original complaint which addresses these concerns in their entirety( See Attached)I will also again attach the work orders from both auto shops that examined Ms. ***'s vehicleThe only additional point I will make is that the attached invoice from the *** *** *** is one that Ms*** had independently obtained, and they found no issue with the transfer case or four wheel drive system on Ms***'s Jeep, as the invoice clearly statesMs. *** has filed complaints with the attorney general, and New york State DMVBoth institutions found no fault on the part On Trac Auto SalesFor the last several months Ms*** has been incessantly demanding a repair to a vehicle which a) is not broken or in need of repair, and b) is not even equipped with the feature that Ms*** claims is in need of repairPerhaps Ms*** could have better spent that time familiarizing herself with her vehicle and the options that it IS equipped withAt this time, there is nothing further On Trac Auto Sales can or will do for Ms***.Regards,Mike U***Sales ManagerOn Trac Auto Sales

Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2002 Jeep Liberty from On Trac auto sales on 08/19/15. Approximately 3 or 4 days after Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle, a brake hose had ruptured causing a break failure. Ms. [redacted] was informed to take the vehicle to [redacted] to have the vehicle repaired, and...

the necessary repairs were made, at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. The vehicle 100% passed New York State inspection at the time it was delivered to MS. [redacted] on 8/19/15, However a Hose/Line ruptured some time subsequent to that. There is no possible way Myself or anyone at the dealership can predict when a vehicle will malfunction, all that we can do is stand behind the product that we sold Ms. [redacted], which we did (see attached invoice). On 9/15/15 Ms. [redacted] Retumed to [redacted], for a myriad of miscellaneous complaints, mostly all of which were unfounded. At that time 2 hood shocks were installed, and the vehicle was aligned. This was done at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. One ofthe complaints Ms. [redacted] had with the vehicle was regarding the operation of the "4 wheel drive" (see attached invoices). [redacted] found the 4 wheel drive to be fully functional. Ms [redacted] also apparently had the vehicle evaluated at a Dodge service center, and they found the 4 wheel drive to be fully functional as well (see attached invoice). The two minor repairs that were made on Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle were not covered under any warranty what so ever, but were made strictly in the interest of customer satisfaction, an objective that is seemingly impossible in this case.I have spoken with My employees, and the service station regarding Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle. To me it seems that everything was handled just as it should have been . Ms [redacted] had an issue, she was advised to take the vehicle to the service station, and the repairs were promptly made. There would be no real reason for Ms. [redacted] to speak with myself, the owner ofthe corporation, or anyone else in the facility other than her sales representative and the service writer who were able to address her concerns adequately and promptly. Ms. [redacted] was also informed, numerous times, that her vehicle had a fresh oil change as of the day she drove the vehicle out of our lot. Additionally, Ms. [redacted] was given copies of all ofthe loan documents, many of which have the mileage of the vehicle stated on them from the day Ms. [redacted] Picked the vehicle up. Therefore, it would be very easy for Ms. [redacted] to figure out when the oil would need to be changed (had she forgotten), and she was made aware of this by her sales representative. As I stated earlier, there is no issue with the transfer case on Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle. It has been examined by two different repair facilities, and no issues have been found with the 4 wheel drive system on Ms. [redacted]'s 02 Jeep Liberty, despite her incessant assertions to the contrary. Ms. [redacted] was sold a 2 year 24,000 mile extended service contract at the time of sale, I would advise her to utilize it for any further issues that may arise in the future. At this time, there is nothing further On Trac Auto Sales can do for Ms. [redacted].Regards,Mike U[redacted]Sales ManagerOn Trac Auto Sales

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was never told about the oil change even though I asked multiple times when it was last done and how often it should be done. I also asked for copies of the inspection which was never given to me. The 4 wheel drive works but the switch that indicates that it is in 4 wheel drive does not work and was check by chrysler. [redacted] at Chrysler informed it was the transfer case switch. I told my sales person and he stated we are not paying $200.00 for a switch.I want the repair done and to be reimbursed for the oil change.
Regards,
[redacted]

I have attached my bill of sale as well as repairs that need to be done still on the vehicle.
