My name is Brent and I worked with [redacted] on getting an approval for an auto loan.  Unfortunately, when you have credit concerns, it becomes difficult (Not Impossible) to secure financing.  Mr [redacted] was under the impression that we, the dealership, assign him an interest rate. ...

That is incorrect.  The bank willing to offer him a loan decides that rate.  After submitting him to a multitude of banks and receiving declination after declination, the owner of the dealership, Joe M[redacted], decided to go above and beyond to help Mr. [redacted] get an auto loan.  In doing so the Owner was able to get an approval for Mr [redacted], and communicated to him the terms of the loan.  Mr. [redacted] became irate and belligerent when the terms weren't what he wanted and we decided a refund would be best for him.  Our refund on approved financing customers is posted for all to see upon entering our establishment. Mr [redacted] is arguing a moot point and could have handled this by making a phone call or in person when receiving his deposit back.  I am sure our establishment made every attempt possible to provide this client financing and clearly communicated all options and terms of the financing we could find him, it's unfortunate Mr [redacted] did not follow through with the purchase and was unhappy with our services, but I am sure we did all we could for the customer as we do for all our clients.  On Your Side Auto Sales LLC400 Avis StreetRochester NY 14615OYSAUTO.COMP- 585-254-8707F- 585-254-8702
