As mentioned before, we have taken full responsibility for the items being donated and not given back to youThe staff responsible for this has been reprimandedSince the last time we spoke with you, we have sent out a check for $25, instead of in-store creditWhile you did ask for $for small bags of clothing, we feel that $cash is what we should cover since we did not purchase anything from youWe have apologized for this, and continue to apologize for the mishap
