I ordered a custom made outfit for my God daughters 2nd birthday. The business owner asked for payment as soon as I placed the order which was fine. I placed the order on January 23rd and I was promised the product by the first of February. My emails, text and messages went unanswered until THE DAY OF THE PARTY, which was February 17th, that she did not finish the outfit. She then stated that she would send me a refund that week. It's been 3 weeks and still NOTHING. No communication, no refund, NOTHING!!!!
