Once Upon A Time Consignment Boutique

I consigned (12) bags of children's clothes back in July 2012 to this company and I still haven't received my payment. I have numerous emails from the owner ([redacted]) and she seems to always have an "excuse" why I haven't gotten my check yet. We did agree on the price of $20.00 per bag and I do have the many emails over the past couple of months from her.Her last email to me was back on February 12, 2013 and she did mention she will send me one final payment and I haven't received anything and I have given her plenty of time to do the right thing.The kicker is, now she has moved her business to somewhere on the South Shore in Massachusetts as of March 2013 and I have tried and tried to get her new address and phone number, still no response from her.Her email address that I use is, [email protected] I consigned many other items with her and I only received (1) check back in September of 2012, that's it. Again, all this was dropped off to her buisness back in July 2012, she personally was there and took in all the bags and items.I just want my money for the (12) bags of clothes and the last of the other misc stuff, so I can be done with trying to chase her down.Regards,-[redacted]
