One 10 Threads

I wish I had read the above review before ordering. $100 of shirts never shipped. Same situation as above. Took getting the Revdex.com involved just like the above to get a refund. This “company” does not respond to emails or texts and blames their customers. Lied to the Revdex.com and said I was refunded just like the above.
Buyer beware. You might get your shirts and you might not. If not be warned that they will not respond to you and will not make it right without involving the Revdex.com. They will then lie and definitely not try to make it right or apologize in any way.

I placed an order with One 10 Threads on April 28th 2016. I ordered a tee shirt for a friend and it came to $26.00 even. After placing the order, I was sent to a confirmation screen that ensured that I would receive a confirmation email. After a day or so, I noticed I never received one so I assumed that the order may not have gone through. Until I noticed on 4/29/2016 that a transaction was posted on my bank account from "INKD ONE10 THRDS". They withdrew $26.00 from my account. I never received the confirmation email OR the shirt I had ordered. After waiting patiently for a few weeks, I used their customer service form on their website to let them know of the problem. Never heard from them back. It is now July 8, 2016 and I have not heard back or received my shirt. I contacted them again today, asking for my money back and let them know I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Like I said to them, I don't even want the shirt now. My friend's birthday was on May 4th and we've both given up on the idea that this shirt will ever come. At this point, I just want my money back.
