Ms*** came into the facility to cancel on 9/28/2015, she was informed that she had a $annual fee that would be drafted on 10/1/per her agreement. She was also notified that she would have needed to cancel by 9/24/in order to avoid the annual fee. Ms*** has put a
hold on her credit card and incurred additional late charges. We are more than willing to void any late charges that she has incurred, but she has a balance due of $per her agreement. Please let us know if we can be of anymore assistance.OneFitness

We have searched all three of our facilities and cannot locate this member in our database. Could you ask them to send over their barcode number from the keytag that was issued or a member number off of their agreement? All copies of agreements are emailed to the member. Once we
can locate the member, we will be better able to assist with the situation. Thank you,OneFitness

Regards, I called before septand told them I wanted to cancel my membership spoke with representative and she said I had to come in or send a written request to cancel not once did she tell me I needed to cancel it before 24th or I will be charged b/c I would have came in before thenI came in and they told me I will have to pay a annual fee but if iM canceling why I'm I paying a annual fee for the next yearAlso you have been drafting my account for to years and I haven't even been in the gym in like years! I called when I got letter and *** was supposed to call me and I have yet to receive my callYou guys are trying to get over because if I closed my account in September I shouldn't incurred any fees for October! I have been attending this gym for 3 months now never had any issues until I needed something. I went to the front desk to request a schedule for their clinics and was COMPLETELY ignored by the staff who acted like I wasn't even standing at the front desk. Other members walked up for tanning and massages and were immediately assisted with what they need. It didn't go unnoticed by me that these members were of [redacted] nationality and that I am an [redacted]. When I was finally assisted no one apologized or acknowledged that I was ignored. That is horrible customer service and was not appreciated in the slightest bit.

We will waive the fees and cancel Ms. [redacted]'s membership.
