I authorized this with a credit card over the phone for a key to be made for my son's car. An email was sent. The quote started at $90 over the phone but they wanted $350 when arrived. I said no. We agreed on $200. There was no confirmation of the vehicle that was worked on. The tech showed up to key a vehicle when the owner was not there. The tech keyed the wrong vehicle and fled the scene. The police were called and I called the supervisor Ed who said my son pointed to the wrong car. He called my son a liar. The owners came and the police were called. My son's text on his phone and the video at Safeway proved my son was not there when the tech starting working on the car. I am currently fighting for the $200 charge. Most unprofessional experience I think I have ever encountered. I told Ed the supervisor I would not pay for this. He kept saying my son was a liar. I called more than once trying to find out what was going on. He said his tech had another call and that is why he left. My email showed a different vehicle than what the police said was worked on. I asks Ed why the tech didn't confirmed the vehicle. He didn't answer he just blamed my son. He said he would flag my account but his company is still trying to get the $200.
