I am requesting a full refund. I have emailed the merchant 3 times and the merchant states they was looking into and I haven't heard anything else back from them... I also called and left a voice mail regarding my order . This order was placed on 09/09/2020 and it has not shipped I even paid for expedited shipping. I THINK THE MERCHANT is a fraud and they only provided shipping information because they know PayPal only pay once the item states shipped.Which hasn't been dropped off to USPS as of Sept 9, 2020 which was the last update on the package.
