Horrible This business is sloppy and disorganized Upon hiring Tom for tiling our master bath shower, I would have thought that I would get a simple, yet detailed list of all the items that we needed to purchase - not the case I was sent screenshot from [redacted] via text for the shower pan that I needed to order After special ordering it, it was 2" too small on each side and we were sarcastically told by Tom that he didn't think we would order it based on that Ridiculous Did he expect us to do our own measurements? During the week that they worked in my home, various workers showed up at all different times of the day and I never knew when they would arrive and it was frustrating Upon the job being done, I called Tom to complain about the sloppy caulking job done by one of his workers and he got into a screaming argument with me and told me that he'd be happy to come over and show me all the things wrong with my home He's rude and unprofessional

Tom is the greatest man to work with He will thoroughly outline the scope of the work, item by item You know what to expect as far as timeline, materials and things that could go wrong once he and his professional team get into the project He only works with dependable professionals, and he is the ultimate professional
At the end of the project, his punch list exceeds any expectations He finds all minor details that the homeowner may not initially see
You will not be disappointed He is skilled, dependable, fairly priced

Tom served as the general contractor in a major remodeling of our home including overseeing installation of electrical radiant floor heating, porcelain and wood flooring, a marble countertop, backsplashes, lighting, a gas cooktop hood, a home theater riser, as well as light plumbing and carpentry work The floor tile was particularly demanding being over square feet, 24xinch porcelain tiles with 1/8th inch grout lines All work was high end quality! Tom is extremely professional and responsive, keeping us informed every step of the way He has an excellent eye for detail, being very helpful resolving issues, providing ideas that greatly improve the final product He stuck to his bid, only making reasonable adjustments when we added new work outside the scope of the original project We strongly recommend One by One Tile and Stone

got caught in a tight spot and needed my shower fixed within a weekI called Tom to explain the situation I was inHe was at my house within a few hours then his team was there 7:the next morning ready to workThey are all very professional and did an amazing job at an affordable priceI can't thank them enough!

I called Tom and he came out the following day and gave me a bid on a job to remodel my master bathroom As a way to cut down costs, I purchased all of the tile ahead of time and all the appropriate backer board, and I demolished the wood step by the tub and removed all the carpet, nails, staples, linoleum flooring and glue
Tom let me know what he would charge and he stuck firmly with that bid, from start to finish He was very professional, easy to work with and communicated when he would be on site to work I would highly recommend Tom to install any tile job you need He works well and helped me install my toilet back into place and install all new trim after the tile was completed Did I mention he put in a heated floor for me as well.....yeah.....he's definitely someone that I would hire in the future!!!! Thank you TOM!!!

Tom completed a master bathroom remodel for us and we are very pleased with his work He helped us stay on budget, on target with our desires and completed the project on scheduleI would recommend Tom to anyone interested in this type of home remodel work

This company not only remodeled our bathroom, as noted below, but an entire two-bedroom apartment--flooring (wood and tile), bath and kitchen remodel, expansion of closets, etc. They did a great job. The only negative was the final clean-up. Lots of dust and dirt left over. But otherwise an excellent and trustworthy company.
